Love this family. Bringing up children the real way. Learning a work ethic, responsibility and a family legacy. Not kids glued to phones and tablets being socially enept and no cotton wool wrapped around them
Such a wholesome programme. A very, very rare thing these days, with all the supposed "liberalisation" of almost everything nowadays.
The three young one's are so adorable, and capable, especially little Clemy.
The family are fantastic examples of how it should be, teamwork and love.

This would have to be my most favorite show on the tv at the moment, it's just sad that the lowest of humanity has come to visit and steal....

Hopefully their insurance will pay out , if not then channel 5 will. When you think of how much other tv channels are paying people , eg. BBC to Lineker and co for talking rubbish then this family deserve so much just for their natural entertainment, it’s one of the best watches on tv as far as I’m

That’s why even out in the sticks you need cctv cameras sign of the times I’m afraid. Luckily there cheap enough to buy and install. Sorry the quads were stolen people are so disrespectful.
I would have thought the dogs would bark like crazy
They drug dogs,have had it done to my dog twice,car took first time,lawnmower second time,both times i was working away,the dogs are ill or drowsey for a day or 2,cctv and a shotgun with a cold hard heart is what is needed.

I've watch this family documentary " mum " is an amazing parent well both of them actually the kids are intelligent & work hard anyone who robbed then needs stringing up 😡
How low can some people go. Despicable to steal from anyone but to rob a farmer of his valuable equipment is unbelievable. There will be no remorse on the thieves part as they are low life already. Sad ti say now you are in the public eye you are vulnerable.
All thieves are low life’s. There is no difference no matter what or from who was stolen.
Another farmer will have bought that Quad bike knowing full well it was stolen.

I love this ... I remember my grandad shearing the sheep and dagging them. Before the motorized shears they had to do it by hand shears! Hard sweaty work!
My husband and I being on a sheep property in Australia just love this family and how they live their lives and help the children become self reliant yet able to work together, caring for their stock and each other. Inspirational and uplifting 👏

Absolutely terrific viewing . I've just finished my second book written by Amanda about their lives up on Ravens seat. Nice children well bought up with common sense and plenty of humour.

Perhaps the local Plods were quite busy harassing ramblers and people sat on benches drinking coffee.
Friend had a car parts for sale field. Fed up with thieves stealing parts in the night, he bought some geese to sound the alarm when intruders came. About a week later he went to work and all the geese had been stolen.!
Yes we had our house broken into and my wife lost some things which her grandma had given her which meant a lot to her also the insurers we had at that tIme were less than helpful fortunately we changed!

As a kid I grew up on farms and they were happy days....but these days farmers are victims of so much crime.... I watch this program and it is so great to see how humble and happy they all are... I hope they catch the thieves and maybe get them to clean out the cow shed and do some real work....

You'd be supprised how little a sheep is worth, even the fleece isn't worth much.
all massively subsidized by the EU and CAP. Around 55% of farm income use to come from the EU's common agriculture policy and its subsidies so it'll be interesting to see what happens to farm in coming months
