Coin Grading outfits, or Third-party grading companies are an important part of the numismatic community. Collectors build their collections using expert grading services, and sell coins based on what grade a coin receives from these servvices. These services are not perfect and sometimes leave a question with some of their grades, but a few of them do help collectors get the best grade for their coins. This is my opinion on the subject of coin grading.

I have to agree with you - that is not a MS69. Even the reverse had a nick in the N. I suppose if someone were interested in a high grade for a coin, we now know where to go.
