Pretty much on point. Coffee is our passion and that's why we do it but the job is exhausting at the same time. Standing all day, no breaks, no food. If you're able to keep a smile on your face and enjoy the stress and rushes then this job is for you. I live in Vienna which is close to Brno so I'll definitely pay this memer a visit once I can :)
Sometimes you might feel under-appreciated, but I think I can speak for coffee drinkers across the globe, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your efforts. Yes, even the ones who are not pleasant. I think they actually need you the most. Cheers.
No job should have no breaks, no food etc. All jobs have to have the bare minium of brakes and food plus minimum pay. No one should settle for less.

Thanks for this kind of videos guys! It's pretty informative and entertaining to know how baristas manage their time behind and in front of the bar. I'm taking these videos as some kind of knowledge that will become pretty useful to me in some days. I'm going to become a barista apprentice next week so I'm very nervous because it's my first formal job and also the first time I'll be able to learn the real deal in the coffee world. Thanks to your efforts producing all this videos I feel very secure about my theoretical knowledge in coffee. Hope to send some photos soon. A big hug from Punta Arenas, Chile!

In Poland, cafes can only serve coffee to go. Likewise restaurants. Eating or drinking inside is not possible.
It is the same in the Czech Republic, we were filming only a few days before another âlockdownâ in December.

He waits tables only in the early morning so his colleagues help a lot. Still, it's a lot of steps!
wow, even with advance tech machine, cleaning still takes 35% of barista's time.

We mostly drink filter coffee âïžđ
buy a moka pot or french press. or a classic drip machine. don't waste your money on pourovers or espresso machines.

@@pusanghalaw I like drip coffee machine, but I stopped using cause of plastic filter. I havenât used moka in years, maybe Iâll need to give a shot!
