What I do is I rinse the chemical taste in the group head with ground coffee and make my dial in with it. I use the same coffee over a week (not the same bean on monday through all week, I don’t know how to say that lol) and I have been able over the years to taste my espresso just with eyes and nose, so I save a little bit of time and that coffee for the first rinse is useful. Maybe not super clear I’m not a native speaker.

I stopped watching Dritan after the first video because of that brush lol. It does not make it quicker than using the cloth, yet it does not clean the portafilter properly.
