Oh so true get to the root of the stress, mine was not getting on with colleague that blew up big time. Reacted with negative reaction. Think you don't always realise how negative you have became and sometimes you don't realise that you are in a negative downward spiral. Oh when someone having a go at you on a one to one basis you lose your confidence, happiness and its replaced with a feeling of Groundhog Day and negative thoughts and feelings sometimes you feel like you don't have the strength to bounce back the way you should. My problem is not dealing with the situation maturely enough. I did question the way I was spoken to which was denied and became a walking depressive, full of negativity and anxiety. Please folks try and change your outlook I wish I had.
Sometimes we face things in life that feel so entrapping, and so devouring. I think you doing this is great and I hope it helps a lot of people, but some of us can't so easily overcome our hardships. :(
