To the person who had the problem with the fan still light UP after You turn off your PC .. Theres an option in the MB BIOS that You have to dissabled and that would Fix it .. I had the same problem .. on Reddit You Will find the exact answer.

Hz is what your monitor can show you FPS is how fast your game is running you need both 240fps and 240Hz to enjoy that smooth gameplay e.g. you can get 600fps with a 144Hz monitor but it will always look like 144fps

Also had an issue with fans staying on after shutdown. Apparently, my power supply failed. After i replaced it, it worked fine.
If lights are on after you shut down the PC go into the BIOS under peripherals and change the settings in the board RGB controls.

7600x is a great cpu that will work well with any gpu under $1k...if we are talking gaming.
If the 7700 is close in price that would be a good idea, but they're both very good CPUs for gaming.

Generally speaking more cores is the way to go. If you're serious about this then get the 7700, if you're doing it casually then the 7600x can do it.
