I would see stevens band before guns all day long , music is performed pretty much the same as guns does it , but the vocals are so much better than Axl, no slam against Axl he's what 60 or close to it ~
Steven looks like one very cool guy but as a drummer myself Matt Sorum is far better drummer he was a better fit but members come members go welcome to the music 🎶 industry
Matt is more skilled, however the 1980s GNR sound was built with Adler on drums. To this day they're biggest album is Appetite, which had Adler on drums, so that alone places Adler as their better fit. If Adler was inferior to Matt as a GNR drummer, then the band would've never launched off the ground, much less produced an album bigger than the band would ever be thereafter. And subsequently without Adler, you wouldn't have ever heard of Guns n Roses, much less Matt Sorum.
