अब क्या HC ke सामने फांसी लगा लेनी चाहिए । जिनको ATKT आई हैं ।
क्यू की अब कोई option ही नहीं बचा है।
हर कोई एक सवाल करेंगे, law करने के बाद इस line me ।
चाहे वो कुछ भी हो जैसे , mppsc, BPSC, UPPSC, कुछ भी हो सकते है ।
अब क्या ही कहे ..........
कानून तो कानून होता है। चाहे वो कैसा भी हो।

Sir pls challenge this judgement in SC. Atleast for those who have secured 70 percent, the condition that it should be there in first attempt is unfair. I got 72 percent in total, but in one of my papers, my grand mother had passed away so I re-appeared in that exam.

I know many students from any XYZ college scoring 80-90 %...There are students who don't even go to college, they just take coachings for judiciary and get aggregate 70% or more...Then there are students from top NLUs and DU,etc. who despite working hard can't get 70% or more...There is no parity in standard of education amongst colleges in India...Therefore the universal condition of 70% itself operates very harsh leave alone the ATKT part which is even more harsh..

Mai Chhattisgarh se hu LLb 4th sem ka student hu LLb 2sem Mai mera ATKT hai bcz exam se 2 din phle mera accident ho gya tha and leg fracture ho gya tha to ek paper maine nahi diya hai isliye ATKT hai ab lekin MP HC ne apne judgement kaha hai ki si tarah ki ka kuch hota hai to wo apka personal problem hai to isme apko koi bhi relaxation nahi diya jayega. Toh is tarah ke judgement se LLB Students ka moral down hota hai and law degree ki garima/charisma khatm hoti hai HC ko is banren Mai sochna chahiye.
Ap eligible h, HC ne judgment me clear likha h ki attempt tb hi count hoga jb student appear hua ho exam me or fail hua ho, kyuki ap appear hi ni hue h, or agr apne next sem me 1 hi bar me clear kr liya to wo first attempt hi mana jayega.

Brilliancy वाले आर्गुमेंट के हिसाब से, दिल्ली विश्वविद्यालय की लॉ फैकल्टी ने अब तक कोई ब्रिलियंट प्रोडक्ट दिए ही नहीं। जहां तक मुझे जानकारी है, अभी तक गिने चुने एकआध लोग हैं जिनके 70% से ऊपर अंक हैं। ऐसे विश्वविद्यालय के ऊपर क्या कार्यवाही होगी, जिन्होंने माननीय न्यायालय के हिसाब से ब्रिलियंट लॉ ग्रेजुएट नहीं बना पाए
University of Lucknow (LAW CAMPUS) ,UTTAR PRADESH never gives good marks to their students either they are topper of not ,no student of any branch since the establishment of the LUCKNOW UNIVERSITY got 70% marks.

sir delhi university me 60% marks bohot mushkil se dete hain. 70% to next to impossible hai. then, acc to this judgement law students of delhi university are useless and not intelligent.

A person with average academic may become a intellectual intelligent judge .
As we see in upsc seleted IAS officer share there academic records and many of them have an average or above average rank but they clear upsc with flying colours does they also not be called as outstanding and talented person for not got distinction in classes.

I hope what you are saying happens, because now that they have relaxed the provisions of bringing 6 cases annually, it is pointless for the ones like me, because I filled the application under the SC's interim order showing no experience. They will not consider my mains result itself if the judgment stands irrespective of the fact that I can produce COP or not. Needless to say that the clause of "consecutive" practice of 3 years stands, which is quite discriminatory for women.

Naman h MPHC, ko...jo judges judgement de rhe khud kbhi exam qualifu krke judge nhi bne 😆😆 bol rhe 70% chaiye khud direct judge bn gye hume 19 marks dekr interview se nikal rhe ki competent nhi h 70% chaiye... To fir students puchte h ki aap bina exam k highcourt judge bnne k kese qualify h aapko ki kitni percent hai...hume bhi aap interview m highcourt judge k liye qualify nhi lge... If you were absent than the next time you appear will be counted as your 1st attempt, you are eligible to appear kindly go through the whole judgment.
