Do you like spicy noodle? I recommend the Buldak stir fried noodle! This is korean noodle, many people take Muk-Bang while eating this noodle. Muk-bang is also KOREAN, this is short for Muk-Nun-Bang-song(eating broadcast)

Put your camera's lens THROUGH the ring light, that's why it's made like a ring, so that you are evenly lit all around. Set your camera on it's tripod BEHIND the light's tripod and poke the lens through the middle of the light. That avoids shadows caused by your camera.
