Locomotive No. 475: The ONLY Operating 4-8-0 in North America!

Steam Locomotive No. 475 is Strasburg Rail Road's oldest locomotive, built in 1906 by the Baldwin Locomotive Works of Philadelphia, PA. The 4-8-0 wheel configuration makes it known as a Mastodon or M-Class locomotive. It's the only 4-8-0 class locomotive currently operating in North America. No. 475 is also known for being used in the movie, Thomas and the Magic Railroad (2000).
