He mentioned at one point starting off just doing building work, whether he started off as a brickie, then grew a team of brickies and carried on further and further like that I'm not sure
Mc Frosty respect where it’s due it looks like his smashed it. I love seeing people achieve things like this and after 20 years of making big companies money I’m about to start my own business now so hopefully I can replicate what he has achieved
@@twiggy1870 Yeah exactly, still good to see people being able to make it big although he'll have to work hard to carry on growing the company when his main revenue streams which are government projects finish

How did you start this company?
Like any good startup. Work your way up, invest back into the business, maintain and build client relationship with upmost honestly, integrity, dignity and most importantly reliability.

@@dankim3950 He must have some serious backing or gifted a sum of money to get a business like that off the ground. He's looks quite young and to build a business that size, with the massive overheads would take time. The plant, machinery, trucks and trailers in that yard run into millions of pounds.

All I can say is i take my hat off to this man. Well educated well spoken and realy well driven to succeed in life. His Parent/parents must be so proud of him they definitely did a great job teaching him about life. He should be very proud too. Wish people like this nothing but the best in life.

Used Ashville on many occasions on our development sites and have been extremely happy with the service especially with the baby grabs on jobs where a 6 wheeler tipper is just to big.

It's nice to see Bardon's Aggregates old Thorney Mills yard being put to good use. They used to use hopper wagons on their trains, I'm surprised the remains of the hopper pit aren't still there.
