Doki Doki is still so good. Psychological horror done right is honestly one of my favorite things. I really love all the foreshadowing this game contains, especially in the poems. Some of my favorite examples of this would be Bottles (Sayori’s poem that heavily hints at her depression), The Raccoon (Yuri’s poem that heavily hints at her self-harm addiction), and The Lady Who Knows Everything (Monika’s poem that hints at her self-awareness). All of the poems are honestly really good, but those three are what stood out to me the most and they definitely kept me intrigued throughout the first act.

Just because they wanted to they added in a little random event. Essentially after sayori hangs herself and the next act starts their becomes a new random event. The event only takes place in the classroom and has a chance to trigger everytime the normal classroom loads in, this means it's possible to see it twice in one game. What is this event though is kinda sadistic, well maybe not sadistic but very specific, basically it's a captured picture of the hung sayori scene, it can be found in the very back of the room when it does trigger. You've probably forgotten about this game by now but I thought it would be neat to inform you of this in case it still held interest

Omgg!! Amazing video! The editing, the commentary, the critique, LOVE IT ALL! You perfectly described the game and how everyone felt when playing it. This deserves more views.

12:46 I don't think that's Sayori's poem. I think we can assume the black is "Yuri" for obvious reasons but that means that the author knows her secret. It could be Natsuki but there are words like "Exhilirating" "Memento of the occasion" which are completely out of her character. And it doesn't seem like Sayori would do this as shes well, dead. (She could've written it before but if Sayori knew about Yuri's urges wouldn't she do something for her? She cares for her friends so much after all). That leaves Monika who sees all, hears all, knows all. And that would explain the "I'm supposed to be the responsible one, though."
