  • Hi, this is a short video on how to fix your Audi tt mk3 heated seat button using the resin 3D printed replacement part I have for sale on ebay. This replaces the brittle original part and will save you buying an entire new switch costing over £100.
    thanks for watching.

Hi, loving your work, i came here from the ebay listing, and i see you mention its not suitable for the models with the smoked glass front. why is it that it wont work for those models? is it something that could be adapted for use in those versions? thank you

@robbrown943 hi, the buttons with the smoked glass covers have the same part that I have printed but there is also a disc with the heated seat emblem which is glued to the front of it. People have destroyed the disc trying to get them off the white piece that the prongs break off. If you could successfully remove the disc without breaking it then I think you could just swap it over and it would be OK. I am working on 3d printing a disc with the seat emblem on to sell but not sure when as I have a busy life. So in summary it will fit but you might break the disc that glues to the front of it whilst trying to remove it from the broken old piece. Hope this helps.

@@scottb3236 so it's a technique thing, not a physically it won't fit thing. Nice👍 thank you
