what it's like to basically use a max resistance stat build in Arcane Odyssey. doing pvp and fighting bosses. such a gimmick build lol #arcaneodyssey #roblox
it only works during chargeup not during the move itself. For example if you hold down crash, it will reduce damage but the instant you let go, the damage reduction will disappear.
I remember that callmeblackz dude , I told him specificaly, DO NOT CLAIM MY ISLAND OR I WILL BREAK YOUR SHIP AND KILL YOU since it was like the 3rd or 4th time that day someone tried to claim my island , and at first I thought he was chill cause he wanted to claim some other dude's island, but then like 10 minutes later, he tried claiming mine , went there , he told me "please just don't break my ship" , I broke his ship, and then had trouble fighting him due to the fps and lag, but somehow I won , I had to leave but before that he said something about "getting his revenge" , even though this whole incident was entirely his fault. I joined him after I came back, and he instantly left. I did try join him again some other day but I don't quite remember if he quit that server instantly too or if something else happened.
Im going to make this one day, then every time someone tries hunting me, im just going to hold block (Im pretty sure holding block activates the damage resistance
the only problem was me only having resistance as a stat, so if you have some power or some other stats then the build could be really good! like you dont need to go full resistance like i did, as i just wanted to show how greatly the damage can be reduced just by charging your moves

hold g before you get grabbed will negate almost all damage taken, while charging the skill only reduce some and not too reliable
Armor Piercing:
yeahhhh, it works better with lower resistance builds, extreme resistance builds can just eat through piercing regardless, which I find quite funny

Sadly AP and Resis don't (directly) interact so Resistance is not countered by AP
no cause resistance will be fixed next update
you can easily counter this build with grabs
and they could easily just snare you before you can grab
What about power resistance builds? The new armor set gas high power and resistance stats so your damage won't be low anymore
