This is a multi part guide (hopefully) on all the different parts and intricacies of Arcane Odyssey's PVP. An Open World RPG Game on Roblox. This series will cover everything from builds, classes, counters, advanced concepts for certain moves, and more.
Any support that you give throughout this series will be highly appreciated. Thank you, and have a good day!

Step 1: consider fighting back when you’re getting hunted. Practicing in unideal situations generally yields more benefits than constantly being smothered by the “rules” in a fair fight. Even if they’re one of those guys that have 1.1k kills in 50 hours, allot of those kills just come from them either killing the same person over and over again during a practice (which gets them accustomed to the “rules” and is also why they’re usually incredibly petty when they lose) or from killing the average ravenna level 93 random.
TLDR: more pvp can only be beneficial for your improvement.
All right that was my ted talk see you guys next tuesday
I wouldn't really say its a tedtalk, its only 3-4 sentences
Not many rules in a friendly 1v1 tho... just not using potions isnt exactly an idealised version of fighting as most ppl wont make use of them even when hunting
Fighting in unideal situations will not necessarely help you any more than any other situation. What matter's is to learn while you fight, and that needs to be done consciously, otherwise It doesn't matter the situation you will not be learning anything.
actual good beginners guide ngl, but once u get the basics down its all about practice and playing A LOT
gyatt!
Easy for people who dont go to college or don’t take much classes in high school of college. Really damn hard when you have so much work you can’t practice pvp. (I am the one swamped with work, the only thing carrying me in being good at pvp despite being rusty right now is meta magic and stats. Tho I do wanna start coming back because vitality sounds sick and I wanna use) Edit: yeah I’m afraid to say I broke my oath of never becoming a metal mage with 200 size
College student as well. And yeah i get what you mean by just not having time, something that can help with this is just having specific and good practice. Have a competent sparring partner and understand your kit/moveset better. A competent sparring partner will piece you up when you make a mistake and that will be how you find what youre doing wrong the quickest.
@@stereotypic_asian my problem is I don’t have a sparring partner and can really only go ask for fights or get people to jump me via high fame/bounty
Join archronos pvp server, theres pvp sessions held constantly there. Elysiums are constantly being open. I can say pretty much everyone there too is well skilled or even better at pvp than me. Just ask around and im sure someone will help you. Server link is in vids description.
It's nice to see someone who's friendly about pvp, let alone someone who wants to help others get better at it.
Suprisingly too rare
LITERALLY!! ive been trying to upgrade my build and im just over halfway through the video and there is SOOOOO much more to it than what i thought!!
Not a good pvper by any standards (size crutch), but I met this dude and helped him with how to warrior and some mechanics... He absolutely devastated me within an hour. I don't know if I should be happy or feel bad about myself. Just to note, I would green him the first couple of rounds before I gave advice. Now I'm thinking buddy is an alt.
It is suprising how quickly people can learn pvp lol
someone taught me how to warlock and thats the reason why im good at pvp'ing, i didnt friend him but i respect the man
Pvp in alot of different games are very similar, so when you realise this and how to implement previous skills your gains suddenly skyrocket
Agreed. Most of my skill for this game derived from Brawlhalla and R6S of all things
When you mentioned the very small difference between pve and pvp players I lit up a bit. I have less than half player kills compared to my hours on all of my files since release, I've never grinded renown or really ever been considered a 'pvper' and yet i can kill people that I have no business killing.
I always used to say that 'the only difference between pvpers and pve players is pvpers have a fragile ego.' and while this is a bit of a generalisation, I'd say it does hold some truth in that pvpers believe themselves to be superior when the skill gap isn't that great.
I'll be sending this video around. The ao community needs to see this
Nah that totally holds true. Especially gankers who jump people just grinding stuff out or fishing. The moment you reveal you’re in a party who won’t just stand and let you get killed. Are the first to cry their heads off.
It is a valid strategy to find a sub community to join and play with if you don’t have co fence in your skills, you should still work on them though
@@thezestfall1st107 A while back a group of like 4 of us stood against a couple gankers despite none of us being considered full-fledged pvpers and only really doing it for fun. One of us, in fact, has barely touched pvp and was an explosion paladin with an unfinished build. The gankers didn't kill any of us once, even the non pvper paladin.
I heard that one of them started complaining in a discord chat afterwards, after we actually fought back. That battle was fun ill never forget it
Nah legit me and my friends got jumped by some guys, and then they complained that we were running size builds at the time 💀. Disrespectful gankers usually have the most fragilist of egos.
@@stereotypic_asian In that gank on us, one of em was complaining about two of us using instant 20 blast builds (we still are). It was so funny
@@jamclone i have a similar story to yours, i was in a group of four as well doing some stuff when a person attacked us. none of us are pvper's, and yet once he realised what he got himself into he tried to run away but made a fatal mistake. he backed into a corner, and i was closest to him. i am a magma mage with ~180 power. and i am also using an ultimate art 20 blast. needless to say the rage afterwards was very fun to watch, and is one of my favorite memories of the game thus far.
True I mostly got better by asking ppl to PvP and bounty hunting, just keep doing it and results will show eventually
Probably the best pvp guide i’ve ever seen
Just by using both magic and weapons as a conjurer instead of relying on just weapons, attacking less on the ground and going up close to attack I already beat my first pvp battle

This really make me understand about the basics of pvp in Arcane Odyssey. Thank you :D
Im glad I could help!
Really informative. 👍
1:03 that was hella smooth
weapons are complimentary to your magic/fs.
I didn't think about it that way. thanks a lot
Nice vid, will defo help new ppl
Thank you man me and my brother play this and he win most of the time and when i was looking at video to listen to while i grind you pop up
2 tips for fellow mages,
1. snares give you I frames so use them as frequently as you can but dont spam them because if its cd isnt over or if you miss you will be punished hard
2. make sure to use different explosions on different magics like pillar and sphere , if they're in the air you can use pillar and if they're on the ground use sphere
As with most things practice is going to help so much consistently dueling people is great. Also as a conjurer main yeah a lot of the weapons are not used just for damage but utility allowing you to move around and utilize your magic better.
Great Video, doesn't help me but is sure to help newer pvpers 👍

very helpfull thanks u deserve a sub
Yep. Saving this for later. I made this choice as soon as I heard that breakcore. Hell yeah!!
man it's people like you who rekindle my spark to keep playing arcane despite its unideal conditions (on my end, a very low-end pc and the lack to truly commit to a game for hours on end, and the community doesn't exactly do wonders for both of these given how toxic it can be)
my mindset has switched to playing arcane solely for enjoyment--not following the meta and just finding solace in minor things that people normally wouldn't look too far into, like the scenery, getting immersed in the progression, trying to make my own stories for my files
and yeah while that can combat my wants to actually play on a level alongside the majority that can actually DO things in the game with no relative difficulty, at the very least i'm not siphoning my life away purely for vassal, just taking my own pace yk?
thanks for doing us all a service ^_^
ngl these the most useful tips out of any ao pvp tutorial
I'd do the same but I can only speak for the mage playstyle. i dont know how to play conj, warlock, warrior, berserker, warlord, etc.
Thanks for the praise. I actually wanted to ask, I was the leglord earlier asking about how you use explosion (the spell), I'm pretty mid with magics and I don't understand them very well. My expertise is mostly in weapons. When the series eventually does cover magics specifically, I would really appreciate your input on how to use mage.
@@stereotypic_asian bet 👀
the mindset tip is so real
I will be awaiting pt.2, just so I can send it to my defenseless friend
The treasure chart locater isn’t always right but I found someone with a cool trick; align the map compass with the island name and you instantly have a way better guide than just, “top right, like really right of the island.” Also marking shovels are cracked.
definitely make a gear vid, this was great
8:28 Shadow *somewhat* synergies with light, even if its a small damage decrease, the blindness both magics give you can be insane
If its from you, then yes somewhat. However if its 2 people with light and shadow, there is a -25% damage synergy.
Thanks for the tips! I am trying to get everything the game has to offer me and trying to learn everything I can, and now I can violently friendly ask my friend to spar with me
I did that too lmao.
Thanks man, I suck at pvp, its honestly a bit too fast for me, not to mention my builds tend to be confusing and kinda bad. As an explosion conj, I often would just try to dance around and see when I can get a hit. But knowing to stay a distance more often will be useful, thanks! (Also my weapon set up tends to be weird cause I set it up for mobility (dual swords), massive aoe (The assassin guy's beast claws), and crazy damage (dual bronze flink-locks, I know its really bad for PVP, but it is often devastating in pve)
I'd love to see a part 2!
YES, ive been saying this for so long. Hybrids tend to heavily rely on one aspect of their build and neglect the other, only using it when they have no other option. This isnt inherently a bad thing, but it will in no way match against a hybrid player who can use BOTH aspects well. A hybrids whole shtick is about being a mix. You cant out magic a mage, you cant out weapon a warrior, and you cant out strength a berserker. Your selling point is being able to tap into MULTIPLE styles of combat where others fall short.
Also, its good to be creative with how you fight. Having an unorthodox playstyle would be funner than playing a recommended build that gets stale quickly. You can use sword draws and snares to dodge, you can use reflexes to hide an incoming attack (slightly makes the attacks start animation less noticable) etc.
I also agree with your point about aiming. Sure, its a very important skill (essential if you want to be lb), but its ineffective if you dont have good TIMING/POSITIONING. Every move has a cost. Is it worth it? What are the chances of it landing, and what are the chances they are going to take advantage of your endlag and succeed?
Id also recommend playing around with other classes, whether that be making alts or sparring different kinds of players. By learning the ins and outs of every move in ao, your situational awareness increases too.
100% agree with everything here. The only reason why i became knowledgeable on all methods of combat (and able to make this series) is because I have 9 saves with various methods of combat and playstyles. And because im so used to so many different classes, from both playing against and playing as, I always have a good fighting chance against anyone I play against.
Very good guide, we need a part 2!!!!!!!!
Working on it as we speak 😭
(I know I said that a month ago but my schedule finally cleared up and im starting the actual editing but missing a few components but script is done)
@@stereotypic_asian take your time. You dont have to rush things.
I loved teaching people how to pvp, I would say I *was* a HIGH teir zerker since day 1, and I always found it fun to teach people how to do pvp with zerker
One thing you forgot to mention about fighting styles is that they struggle to deal with airborne opponents. Other than that, great guide.
True, i forgot about that. Best you can do is get as close as possible with crash and charge a shot.
@@stereotypic_asian you could possibly crash, Shockwave, then Selino, but nonetheless, it's pretty hard to pull off
as a decent ish pvper myself, this guide is good!
Simple yet effective, i like your style 🔥
Though i do have one teeny nitpick
Conjurers are split into conj and monj based on their playstles (weapon conj and magic conj respectively)
Generally as a copnj you main your weapons and use magic purely for leap and or snare, because thanks to synergies, weapons are WAY more effective than magics at dmg output. Which is why most people play conj and not monj
Cant wait to see the next part :3
We definitely need the gear build video, trying to fight with crap gear is damn near a death sentence unless you are just that skilled. Saw a dude with 1k health wondering why he was getting wrecked by someone with a higher power and defense stat than him.
hell yeah brother
As someone who's sunk 400 hrs in their now gutted main (Light Conjurer).
this is such a helpful insight, i had always used magic as second fiddle to weapons will switch it around and see how it goes
Light Conjurer being the slowest conjurer due to a bug rn is wild 💀
Unrelated but ive been playing a lot of light conj recently (since it feels disgusting to use my leglord now), multishot on dual flintlocks are fun (not practical tho).

I mean glad I have the "running the fuck away while attacking" part figured out
I mean often times when I start getting ganked I just go high up into the sky (mobility/attack speed explosion paladin. Weird combo) and just rain down fury then run the fuck away and rinse and repeat
W guide
Different armor stats have different progressions. Some stats such as attack size and attack speed are more effective the more you have while other stats such as power and defense are less effective the more you have.
I wouldnt say that necessarilly. Power and def scale linearly, atk spd atk size, and agility have diminishing returns but feel more significant at high amounts.
god, if a pt2 was released it woudl help me SO much. pls pls pls
Soon.... ish. Writing script rn and its already 4 pages and im arnd halfway done with that.
Theres more than one reason why you should go in the air.
Some attacks like beam or blast have an explosion that is larger than the attack itself. If you are in the air, they will have to hit you with the attack and not the explosion, making it harder for them to hit you.
You also constantly move in the air, usually down due to gravity. After doing an attack, there might be some time standing still before you dodge. If you are on the ground that is esentially more time on top of the endlag.
Do note however that I almost entirely PVE (and only play classes that have magic). This is just what I believe is the case.
You are absolutely correct, I abuse the hell out of explosion sizes constantly. (Even Piercing Shot has an explosion size). I cutted that part out to make digesting info better.
@@stereotypic_asianyup for beams however you can still make it explode next to the person if you’re able to time how long you should charge your beams. Pretty much what I’ve been practicing doing for a while now
My personal stand on pvp is: The limit is how hard you can (or are allowed to) ball.
looking forward to a movement guide
Will be part of pt 3.
If you dont use some spell or techniques try making them fun like i wasnt using crash cuz it was slow (ice sailor build) so i tried to make that technieq more fun like ading better name or making it spining sledghammer instead of right puch
vanity truly is the endgame of ao
A useful guide that doesnt only go in terms of mechaniqs but also mentality, AO is still far from optimized so keeping a good mind whilst playing instead of ranting problems can be a game changer into getting yourself in the flow of things during PvP and having good fundamentals of what you should use for your advantage.
I mostly overcharge my beams so I remain in the air for too long making me vulnerable to attacks so I learn to slightly charge my beams and attack at medium range.
I use Auras (cuz I’m mage) to increase my speed of my attacks so I’m less vulnerable as well. I also practice blocking and parrying a bit more to negate damages done to me and
lastly, I am trying to go my best not to be afraid to use surge since it helped me turn the tide in battles quickly as I’m able to deal out high damage without much aiming
i absolutely fell in love with crystal conj lol, its too good, i got like a 2.8k hp 300-400 dmg base attacks lol
honestly charts are really easy for me so i dont usually do that app thing, but i always grind charts on either max level or for early level up for lvl 20-80 since its free ''decent gear''
I'm going to throw in my two cents here and speak from my experience -
The strongest tool is punishing. All builds can do it, and almost all builds are vulnerable to it. Also, learn your opponent. I excel and punishing mistakes I know my friends will make, it's like another boss fight, but you need to keep thinking on your feet. They likey match you in strength and skill, so be creative and unpredictable. Lastly, movement. Not moving is often bad, but sometimes can bait out attacks (shift to dash while charging works so well). You also can't always be airborne, and if you use up all your movement, you can leave yourself wide open. Have mutliple midair options, ways to rapidly change elevation, and dash to evade when necessary, though using it to get it/out of the opponent's face or confuse them is effective.
Also, Knights and defence builds- Get up close with any opponent with 1000 health or less. You can almost always trade hits and come out on top
Yeah, honestly, the difference between PVP and PVE players is 1. gear, and 2. Meta knowledge. Just getting a decent gearset, dosnt even need to be sunkens, will MASSIVELY help, and the same is true for your attacks, makeing a good weapon or good spell will massively help. As a mage, here are some tips I can give:
1. Blast shape should be cube, the AOE makes it really good, just try to aim for where the enemy will be, not where they are.
2. Beams are nice, but deal less damage than blasts
3. Shockwave placed explosions are really good
4. PULSAR PULSAR PULSAR, its OBSCENELY strong
Horizontal slash can really punish if they don't go off the ground. It also helps if there's lots of rubble or piles.
Also snare is actually pretty good now. It used to be so inconsistent, but now even with a small magic like lightning you can totally use it to punish opponents for getting too close. It can also be used in pve when fighting captains since they can't attack you while you have them grabbed.
Nice
Obligatory not a pvp sweat but, another tip i think should be accounted for is that, the gear you run can also change how you play in some cases, for example I run a 184 power, 1k defense 6 drawback build with vindi, triasta and sunken staff (yes i know, all size warrior gear) and i find that playing hyper aggressive as if i was a warlord is really effective.
second tip for people playing warlord, if you need practice using your fighting style, do some pvp with thermo, since you cant charge it before a fight anymore, you have to use it mid fight which can serve as god practice for actually using your fs.
I think the main thing to remember about pvp is that this game is more build dependent than skill. Using something that's comfortable and practical is more useful than something that yields theoretical dps. Don't cave in to people complaining about your build because whatever you use, someone is going to talk smack about it. And yeah practice practice practice.
My personal way of getting better was using an extremely hard build until I just got robotic aim, it's nice having a challenge to push yourself once you are familiar with the fundamentals.
na at the end of the day the game is the most skill dependent for example number 1 eu pvper inteqz can prolly beat over 80 percent of players on a simple mage with just blast and beam
Build dictates your playstyle often but it isnt the only or biggest factor. I usually take off quite a bit of my gear when training newbies and id still win no sweat. It will matter at higher levels of play to a large degree but not necessarillt for your average pvper/ganker
@@ImMadac ironically mage happens to be one of the most op classes rn, alongside blast and beam
@@stereotypic_asian the significance in skill may be noticeable between someone used to pvp and someone who isn't, but most builds you see nowadays abuses a mechanic to some degree (whether it be size, damage, speed, or just overall ease of use)
@@CindersGD true i guess but the game is skill based at the end of the day a skilled person who can aim will beat someone with a better build. For example a size user
loses to someone who knows how to aim
as a person who has been pvping since WoM, i noticed that your skill will depend on these three things
your ability to dodge and movement
your ability to use everything in your kit, with its max advantage
and last but definitely not least, your ping :/
but for your ability to win fights, your build is very important
i put this comment before watching the video, glad that you also gave out the same points
Straight up, this helped a lot so much I can't describe thank you so much for making this video
Glad i could help 👍
I have seen a video of someone, where they were comparing AO and Deepwoken pvp, calling AO pvp the same as blox fruit. And they kept yapping about how amazing Deepwoken pvp is, then proceeded to show the most boring, slow ahh, fight of ALL time.
AO pvp is the most fun and good looking I have ever seen, even watching fights is fun and excitating especially when someone turns the table.
Movement in AO is by far much more interesting than most rpg games. Movement in AO is what makes the game unique and fun. I remember fighting a light conjurer flying high into the air getting ready to airstall and rain hell only to see me approaching up to the same height with my leglord and him panicking a bit. AO's movement is just as an important skill to aim and blocking unlike most other games and I hope to see it expanded on in the future.
since i started pvping a month ago i improved a lot but theres something the people with lots of player kills more than me have, it can be one of those or just one, an amount of atk size u cant dodge , an amount of intensity that is gonna have no death no matter what without the oponent fighting back anymore or they just have better reflexes irl, they just process the information in their brains faster, is not about meta, they are skilled irl
its not them, its u. dont be intimidated by players with lots of pks and hrs, its a good opportunity to fight them. even tho u might lose, dont be afraid to fail you'll usually learn a thing or two from fighting good players. Take note of their class, weapons, build, playstyle as you will expand your understanding on how to play with or counter certain classes which is esp useful for climbing lb. As you with the current ecosystem of aoe demons running rampant, parrying is ur best friend and dont take fights you know you wont win ( watch out for gankers ) even tho they might call you "runner" or "fodder". I've seen people with half decent aim climb lb
Heres another thing. High PK most of the time means they just fight anyone they see, and 90% of players dont pvp. That just means they mostly fight easy opponents. Of course not 100% of the time, but you might actually have a good chance to beat them. I can fight against some players that have more than 4x the amt of PK as me and still win sometimes. PK does not equate at all to skill.
sane ao content
Peak 🗣🗣🗣🗣
the air stalling part is similar to blox fruits pvp where if u sky camp u usually win bcz its harder for small hitbox moves to hit when ur target is in the sky especially when the moves dont have proximity trigger or grabs, and skycamping is so meta that if u use it u are considered a scumbag
Same thing here but to a much lesser degree. Aiming at someone above you is much harder than someone below you. Though it isnt considered nearly as scummy since theres too many different movement options that can shut down airstallers.
AO PvP is so one sided 9 times out of 10 unless you are at the very top of your game and have the best builds and experience to help fight back. That high skill ceiling coupled with the expectation of always having the best gear and abilities possible makes the whole idea of PvP in this game more frustrating than fun.
Because of this fact, many players don’t realize how easy PvP is because the few times they try it’s an absolute landslide in the other player’s favor. They just convince themselves they aren’t good enough and never try again.
While I dont agree with needing the best builds to do well with PVP. I completely agree with the one sidedness and soul crushing feeling of never being able to compete with pvp. That was one of the reasons that made me start this series actually. The community for the game can be extremely toxic (both pve'rs and pvp'rs) and I hope by making this series, the gap in between them will lessen and somewhat ease toxicity.
Having a constant cycle of hatred for a different type of player as well as constant shame and doubt in your own skill is probably one of the main reasons why AO was never able to fully flourish and reach a wider audience.
came for the guide, stayed for the amen breaks
AO Combat is similar to irl combat. Pressure, defense, countering and movement.
ah a fellow ice sailor
I think warlord is just a very good starting class, it’s my first save and I picked it bc it sounded cool, the aoe for it is UNFORGIVING if you can use it properly and you can pair a saber with sailor style or iron leg aoe. Basically, I love warlord, warlord is cool, most people who main warlord are cool, I don’t like sailor ice people bc I have skill issue and they have big fast attacks
while the websites are indeed useful, having resources like them be on a website instead of in some form ingame could be considered bad game design, especially the wiki cause that just tells you the game doesn't give you enough information
I dont think its necessarilly the case for treasure chart finder and and ao gear builder. As it is still very possible to find charts and plan builds without them, they just make it more convenient and easier. But i 100% agree with the wiki part. Having to decide your class at the very start of the game and only receiving info about what youll awaken to at around 8-10 hours into the game right before you awaken is atrocious. And the only band aid fix is one free stat reset. Really poorly thought out.
F in chat for my old computer, I actually raged and broke the screen due to losing in a World Of Magic duel (I thought he abused latency)
I had noticed that anytime I use a weapons build other than warlord I suck
But with like magic or fighting style builds I’m actually somewhat decent at in pvp
My recent pvp video even shows it
I found someone come back to play, he says he used to kill warlords of the sea for snack but now he need to relearn evrything, and ofc since im vary bored at the time i gave him a few tip that instanly make him 84% pvp skill back
Im laughing so hard cuz when he know thare is no such thing as "stun" anymore (he's a lightning sailor)
Keep blud dreaming!
Haha explosion magic go 🔥
No. (I have an plasma/explosion mage so i cant prob say much lol)
Also forgot to even say but waddling is a fast mfing learner like bro rocks all our asses😭
Bros created a monster
well im shadow mage and when it comes to pvp i usualy just gas my enemy witch poison magic wgile chocking whide range shadow atacks at my clouds hopint that i hit my enemy
i feel like my biggest issue is just my timing is terrible. i know /when/ to block, but its usually after i use my weapon/magic, so i dont actually block at all. and also i think my nervousness makes me just forget where different keys are, or something like that. it's like 90% being nervous i think
Honestly. I did not think about that. This is a really good point that ill need to find a way around. When i first started pvping, especially when i get ganked, my hands would shake real badly, still happens a little now. Ill look into things that can help calm the player down 👍
My problem with pvp is the fact I wanna be cool and make a cool character. I usually choose the super out of meta magics and use them with super out of meta builds for those magics. The results are really cool stuff like poison warlock but my poison warlock is nothing in the face of the local 400 damage beam spam ice mage. Tho my time will soon come with vitality(it’s cool and hopefully it can keep up with the aoe warrior sunken staff spammer)
It is very possible to make non meta builds work. I have a knight with no defense and high agility (and actually pvp with it), sand conj, etc. If you know and make your build well enough and got strong enough fundamentals, you can go decently far with non meta builds.
THATS DAWG
Cool guide, but as long as certain things aren't nerfed or buffed, there won't be any point in training, put a warlord against a mage, the mage will run and take to the air while the warlord will barely touch.
There is a point in training. Practice and experience will always be the most important factor. But i cant say metas and lack of balance arent important either...
about the timing i can aprove that at least on bosses because as a noob with a strong magic (idk witch one exactly) i lost against lord elius ans now i have won with wins magic (crappy damage ) wile still being like lvl 40 or something (way under level) just because i timed my attacs right and abused his endlag
pls cover parry/blocks in the next one that's mad important
Would like to cover that, but the next video will be covering gear builds instead. Im working on the 2nd video rn but it probably wont release soon as I have a lot on my plate soon with my job/college and a lot of things might change with the vitality and weapon system rework. Ill most likely continue the series sometime next month. I might do movement, blocking/parrying, and general moveset for the third video. Thanks for bringing it up though, I'll make sure to keep this in mind.
What I'm about to ask might seem a bit stupid but since I'm new I'll ask anyway. When people go for a build where they have to put points into more stats, like conjurers who have to put points into sword and magic, they don't do lower damage with a sword and instead a warrior does more damage since he has more points in the sword?
Class stat points do NOT affect the damage of a weapon. Player level will but not stat points. Stat points are ONLY to unlock different moves or options on moves. A 50 wep savant with 50 power on a old sword will do the same exact damage as an 150 wep conjurer with no imbue and 50 power.
Its a good question though, most people dont know abt this.
