I always say this, and it's true.
As a gay guy, I've always gotten along with lesbians -- but almost every lesbian I've spent significant time with has been older and super butch.
Some of these women have senses of humor that would make a sailor blush, and it's amazing.
When my son told me he was gay (honestly it was no surprise) I said that the most important thing is that he is happy. His idea of happiness isn’t the one I saw for him when I held him for the first time as a newborn, but it’s HIS happiness and that should be a parent’s ultimate wish for their children.

As a gay cis man I never wore pink cause I just never related to bright colors. Jeez, I hate yellow, orange and etc. It has nothing to do with gender or sexuality.

As an older gay I really was surprised after my partner passed and started to dabble in dating again. Just how many younger guys have a thing for older guys. I never even tried to date younger guys but I would regularly get hit up or DM on sites by them. I think they like the stability of us more than anything else. Gay dating can be crazy. Oh, by they way I ended up getting married to a younger guy 19 years difference.

Yes, and when straight men receive these comments they’re getting a taste of what women have to put up with all the time. Sadly.
It's one of the reasons why women feel comfortable in gay places, because they won't suffer harassment, etc.

Yeah, most women or people who are or have been perceived as women know what it's like to be objectified, so we are less likely to make comments like that ourselves. There are exceptions of course

It was great seeing Calvin again. I don't get back to the channel much but there is just something about him. He seems like such a geniunely nice guy. Honestly, I would have loved to have had a straight guy friend like him when I was young. Someone I could talk to and open up with like that. He is bit of a cuddly goof that masks his serious side that is so clearly there. I love that he tries to be respectful and funny at the same time. In all seriousness, it might have been hard to be friends with him without dealing with some crush issues but sometimes that is part of navigating straight/gay friendship. He is just so dang likeable.
I'm just so happy to see Calvin again. He's a great ally and is a talented comedian. Hope this means a comeback for him!

Weird, but I always worried about Calvin finding his spot in life. I always felt he was searching for something, but never sure what avenue to take. He's such a nice guy, with a great personality. I hope he doesn't just settle for whatever, and takes time to make his best choices. He deserves it.
