I’m trying to swap an ls into my 08 STI and a t56 tranny since I’m assuming no one makes a conversion kit from ls1 to the stock STI 6 speed tranny but I noticed you said iron block, I’m assuming you have the L33, how much power are you getting out of that?

I have the exact same setup with ported 706 heads, gen 4 pistons with higher compression, same cam and same intake. Im about to get a bigger cam but what he runs in this video is pretty much the most hp you can make with the least amount of money
Its easy just press it in with a rubber or plastic mallet and a socket or something. I think they have ball bearing bushings now but if you get the shitty brass one like i did be careful not to smash it too much or it will close the hole up
