I got the medium-firm and it's softer than I was expecting, but it's so comfortable. I got it about 8 months ago, and I've been sleeping better than I have in years. One thing I've noticed is that it didn't have a breaking in period like I've noticed with our previous hybrid mattresses. This has been super comfortable since day one and hasn't changed. Expensive, but money well spent for us.
What thickness did you get? 9”, 10” or 12”? Also did you buy their foundation as well?
@debratimble2395 We got the 12 inch. Did not get the foundation as we already had one with a slatted base from Ikea. Still love it, btw. Best mattress I've ever had. I also got their solid latex pillow and it's been great for my neck. Soft but responsive.
@@totalyodel thank you so much for replying! I just ordered one last night, 10” though. I hope we love it as much as you love your 12”.
I am thinking about ordering one in queen size in 10" thickness. Did you ever receive yours and what are your thoughts on it?
@@muayboran4lifehaha you were t months after them and I’m comin in hot 6 months after you commented-I think I’m going to go ahead and order the 10” Queen with firmness level medium. Did you end up ordering it?! Or did you perhaps go with something else that you are or aren’t happy with?! This mattress hunting thang is SO much more confusing and stressful than I could have possibly anticipated!
Your reviews are very helpful in making up our minds for a mattress purchase. Thank you!
I am a fan of responsive foam. Botanical Bliss being a sustainable and customizable brand with such a long warranty makes it a solid investment.
I love the customization of this mattress. The look, feel, and naturally-sourced materials are a win-win. I can see how the company wants you to keep it; the Plushbeds Botancial Bliss offers so much. Great video!!!
I love the flexibility of configurations here. I’d definitely put this on my list.
I had never heard of this bed so this was really interesting to learn about it. I also loved watching the setup with the different layers stacked. I like that this doesn't warm up on you, but I think I would prefer an active cooling bed.
I think it’s cool that you can remove the cover and change around the layers. That’s also an added bonus if you have to move the mattress. Love mattresses with washable covers. Love that this has so many certifications. I still prefer a hybrid though. Thanks for the review.
This is a very interesting mattress as well as company to look into. I like that they have the certifications as well as they are going after even more difficult certifications that require more than just a small percentage of quote and quote green resources. I like the fact that they have customizable layers inside of it one so that you can easily move the mattress around and get it set up whenever you receive it, as well as if you do need to move the mattress whether it's to another room or if you're moving all together you're able to break it down and make it more management. I also like the fact that you can do the mattress exchange to try something else out maybe a little bit different maybe something that's going to be better suited for you it seems like a company that is very customer oriented and understands the value that their customers have for them. This is definitely a company I will be looking into. Thank you guys for everything that you do, and may you all have a Happy Thanksgiving.
Oh wow interesting mattress I’ve never heard of. What a variety they make!
I love all of the certifications this bed has! Super impressive. I also love how customizable this bed is. Adding extra layers or even the spit queen/king option is awesome! It’s a little out of my price range, but I still think it would be a great pick! I wish they had a softer option for side sleepers.
Thanks for the informative video. I'm considering this versus the Avocado. Just trying to decide if I want to go full latex or the hybrid model of the Avocado. What I really like about PlushBeds is the adjustability via swapping of the different layers. That seems like an awesome way to pinpoint the bed exactly to your comfort level, even after you get it home and set up. :)
It's pretty cool that you can change the layers around to get the feel you want. It's also great that it's all natural and you can get it in split for king and queen sizes.
Excellent and researched video!
I have the PlushBeds Botanical Bliss 12” medium - it is too soft- try medium firm or the hybrid version- I bet they are better. Get someone to help you put it together. White glove delivery was awful- they complained and cursed while setting up the bed and one guy left a black boot print on one of the layers!
That is typical of the service we get just about everywhere these days! So sorry for your experience!
We got the medium-firm, and it's perfect but definitely softer than I was expecting.
@@totalyodel side sleepers...heavy or light ?
@natashab3412 I'm a side sleeper, mostly. Also a pretty light sleeper.
Thank you for the review
Your videos are so interesting!
My son would love this bed.
Love all your reviews. This mattress sounds great for most people, however I am allergic to wool.
I would love this bed.
Oh wow the plush of this bed makes me want to buy it for sure. I am thinking this one was made for me and my husband.
I’m not sure if I’ve heard of Plushbeds. Looks pretty comfy and hypoallergenic is nice. Split sides to get the right firmness is a good option. Thanks for the review and Happy Thanksgiving!
This mattress looks heavenly.
Love that it’s organic materials
Thank you for the review. Can you please also review their memory foam beds?
Love the customization of this bed but sounds like it may be a bit too firm for what I'm looking for a we are strict side sleepers. Thank you for this video, I was actually hoping you would review this one.
I like the look of this bed. Sounds perfect if it had coils on the bottom layer.
That’s a way cool policy to just switch the top comfort layer to try to make the bed better for you. Much better than just chucking the whole bed! I can’t really imagine having to deconstruct a bed to move it though. It just seems like the last thing I’d want to worry about if actually moving from one house/apt./etc. to another
My initial thoughts on this bed: hot. Like in the sense of me sleeping warm though out the night due to all the different composition materials of the mattress. It does offer many options which is a plus. Something for one to look into if he/she wants a true organic option
Looks nice!
Maybe the bliss hydrid seems like a good option however do you guys have any recommendations on beds under 500 thanks for the review.
I like the 25-year warranty on this mattress. The firmness may be ok for me as a side sleeper :)
Where are all the links that were supposed to be in the description?! Haha-I do realize I’m a couple years late, so maybe any helpful links with more info were deleted since then. Thanks so much for this review!!
Looks nice
I’ve actually never heard of this brand before and it sounds like it could be a good option for me.
Does the latex have a horizontal as well as vertical vent holes? Does a latex mattress "breathe" if it's on an adjustable base?
Great warranty
The PlushBeds Botanical Bliss Mattress has many quality features. That being said, I prefer a hybrid memory foam mattress so this bed probably would not be best for me.
can you tell me which plush latex bed is softer? I get mixed answers from Plush. I need soft because I have lupus. thanks
We get ours today!!
How did it work out for you?
We’re enjoying it. Never had a latex bed before so it is odd but no pain each morning so far!
Brentwood hybrid was to hard for me. Side sleepers. Ridges were rough too
Which there was a comparative
According to the plushbed mattress quiz it recommends mattress thickness according to the weight. For me it recommended 9 inches since me and my spouse are less than 200 pounds. We are mainly side sleepers but I sleep on my back sometimes as well. Do you think a 9inch or 10inch Botanical bliss would work for us? Or should we go with 12 inches? Also is it better to go with Botanical bliss or Luxury bliss (hybrid)?
Which did you go with?
Which did you get?
I didn’t think a latex bed would be good for me because they are more firm. I’m a heavy side sleeper so I think I need a hybrid. I do like that this has talalay latex and it is softer. I also really like being able to take it apart to rearrange or replace layers. I think I’d probably play it safe and stay with a hybrid though. I might like a talalay latex hybrid though! 🛌
Talalay hybrid was too hard for me heavy side sleeper. The Brentwood home hybrid zoned support. Ugh.
Great company excellent customer service but I had to return it. Hurt
Isn't sleep on latex or latex for less better option bc so less $
This bed seems really interesting with the construction of the layers. I personally like softer, memory foam beds so I don’t think this bed would suit me.
Softer than a hybrid?.
It looks interesting but I think I need a mattress with coils.
Why? Don’t they eventually start to squeak?
Wool makes me so itchy so I don't think this bed would work for me.
Honestly is there a smell to it?! I'm so sensetive to mattress smells. No one really ever mentions that in these reveiws
Why. The. Ridges. Ergh
Idk about this one
Thanks, your demonstration shows its far too bouncy with you springing around on it, yikes, that top of soft Talalay latex. I'm used to a firmer Dunlop latex whole mattress and looking to replace my 18 yr one. And that silly muffin top, also unnecessary.
I love my latex pillow so the bed appeals to me
Nobody needs to hear about memory foam, edit edit edit.
Sounds like a good bed for those that like organic and an all foam bed. I prefer to get a hybrid as all of my previous mattresses have had coils.
Have you past beds with coils eventually started squeaking?
