I have my dejavoo z11 set up. I dont have a debit option for a sale only credit. And when i print, the receipt always comes up blank like theres no ink at all. I cant find anything about spare ink? Ordering ink? Or why it won't actually print anything
Can you shut down the unit without unplugging?
You should tell people that if you enter a credit card manually that you are responsible for a dispute. Also ticket sale is a big scam that scammers can do and will do to get pre authorization code like 123456 to make any transaction happen and approved. Just to educate you all. Cause I have had many scams happen at my business.

Hi! You can connect to Dejavoo's POS terminals, but you can't connect to a regular computer running something like QuickBooks or other 3rd party software.

how to close batch automatically after midnight at the end of day?
1. Press the menu hamburger button on the touchscreen
2. Press “settlements”
3. Press “batch settings”
To ENABEL:
Select Dial
Enter the time you want to auto batch (HHMM format, military time)
Screen will show "Updating Params" then return to the idle screen
To DISABLE:
Select “Off”
Screen will show "Updating Params" then return to the idle screen
