These dogs are underweight, Ribs should be defined but not visible with a layer of muscle underneath. You should be able to feel the ribs with a healthy weight but not see them. The hips are also visible, and pizza definitely ain’t helping.

Physical signs of malnutrition are when the hips and spine are showing, not when the ribs are showing. It takes quite a lot of time for a dog to not have their ribs showing. In fact, if you can no longer see the ribs of your dog, that means the dog is obese and likely has severe heart and cardiovascular diseases. The only exception for that is for a husky or other long-haired dogs. If the hips and spine are showing on the dog there is serious room for concern, but that doesn't mean you should give your dog something that will only harm them. Whole is fine, but cooked bones can shatter and shred the lining of the digestive tract, not good. Raw bones are preferable.
