Late September Mule Deer Hunt British Columbia 2023

- The stars seemed to align for us on this hunt. Execution of our plan is the main factor of what brought us success. Mule Deer hunting in this terrain is not a light task. My buddy Trevor manages to successfully harvest a mature timber buck from the mountains of British Columbia. I could not be more happy to experience this precious moment in his life. Nice shooting bud.

Awesome buck, brother! What an ideal situation. I’ve had a few of those dream scenarios on mature BC bucks in my life and you always look back at how the conditions were so perfect and the stars and variables aligned. Gotta love a solid, dark antlered, mature BC mulie!
Just after a storm, a full moon the night before with cloud cover, a slight cold snap for 2 days, and most importantly, the right spot! Thanks for watching, these moments in hunting are indeed special.

16:12 We see you install a cam. I'm not completely sure, but isn't unlawful during the open season. Please advise.
It is unlawful to use a wireless camera in between the dates of Aug 1st and Dec 10th for the purpose of hunting. A wireless camera is a game camera that can send pictures remotely from its location to the camera owner. All the cameras I own are not wireless cameras and require me to physically possess the camera in order for me to view the photos taken on the device.

we just hunted in the cariboo area near green lake, east of 70 mile house and had no luck. did not see a single doe or buck in 2 days. that buck is beauty!!!
