I listened to that whole podcast, was an interesting one, i think the key for young men is that its ok to listen to political commentary but focus more on the real world and you will naturally form authentic opinions based on your real life experience, otherwise other peoples opinions become substituted for your own and your not sure if your opinion is your own or not... so the ultimate key is...dont spend most of your time online
I totally agree that conversations with multiple people(you showed a 6 man convo) who vary from total agreement to slight agreement to slightly disagree to completely disagree on topics is potentially an amazing way for people to hear a counter argument that they'd never hear from their echo chamber and it could have a deradicalizing effect.
I agree Talking and listening is the only thing that can move us forward, no ego, no judgment (well, maybe just the healthy amount lol) That's what I believe in
