- While traveling around Croatia, we spent some time in Zagreb and absolutely loved it! Zagreb is such a fun and quirky city with attractions like the scaled-to-size solar system and incredible musicians playing music around many of the street corners.
One of our favorite things about Zagreb was how much calmer it was than other Croatian towns like Split or Dubrovnik. We felt like we were experiencing more typical day-to-day activities as opposed to always being surrounded by tourists. It was a really nice change of pace!
We had to try some of the traditional food and were amazed at what we had! It was reminiscent of the Czech Republic (which was our favorite destination to get food from on our last trip) with its hearty stews and roast meat.

Next time you travel to Croatia, I recommend Dubrovnik, Split, and Zadar
We visited Split while we were there and loved it! We definitely need to make it back to see more places though 😊
This is the first travel vlog I've seen from Zagreb, I think, not sure how I managed to miss it before now. It looks really nice!
It definitely gets overshadowed by the more touristy cities in the country, but we loved it!!
Croatia is lovely country, it is my favourite vacation spot. My family and usually stay three weeks in Dalmatia, and Istria. 🎃
