Ive used boomers for decades , slightly less brite the Rotosounds . Feel better and they last longer too.
You really have to look at the packages to really get the winding length you need.
I also like the GHS Pressure wound strings for fretless.

I use to use Boomer's exclusively but switched to Dr DDTs on my 5 stringers. I don't have a go to string for my 4 string passive Spector though.
