Funny because I just got this bass (same color) and the headstock dives to the ground as soon as I let go. Never had a bass do that and I'm not sure the reason for moving up the bottom button (which seems to be the cause of the severe neck dive). I've been playing for 33 years and never had a bass dive like this. Other then that though, I love the instrument.

Not to be picky or anything. Yamaha has no "girf". I think I'd swap out the Yamaha for a Warwick Thumb, Corvette or Streamer. But in this round... Spector of course. Clarity and Girf. 😉🎸💪🤙👍😎

I found the transition from 4 to 5 string easier than I expected but it does take time to fully integrate the 5th string I once tried a 6 string (never again) lol 5 is perfect

Im a p bass guy and the jazz bass sounded better here. The p bass seemed to over power the song.

To me they always sound like they ease into a mix with little effort. This was no exception and you being a great player makes it better!

You forget one option: a BEAD string bass. This has all the advantages of both the four string ánd the five string. Be honest - when do you ever use the five highest notes of the G-string? No downtuning; I simply use a capo. With it I even can turn it back to standard EADG tuning. The only issue is that the fat B-string is tougher to handle. But it's doable, even for a beginner like me.

Glad the new EURO LX's also include a new 6 string, which is just the new moss finish, which is great. Shame that the LT series is not in their website any more. Hope they bring it back with a 6 string option as well.

Hello there - I am total total beginner, never owned a stringed instrument before, and just bought the Harley Benton Ubass. I've put in the two batteries supplied OK, plugged the uke into a bass amp - and nothing happens. The amp is working OK - checked it with a friend's guitar. The volume dials are all at 12 o'clock. Can't see anything to switch on..? What am I missing? Or have I had very bad luck and ... it's faulty?

Looks awesome, lots of distortion even thru headphones and even when your not playing so I don't think it's the bass !!!

I ordered this pedal and cannot wait to try it out. I also recently bought a zoom B2four. What do you think would be the best placement for this pedal, before or after the zoom. I probably won’t run through the effects loop on my amp, just straight into my amp. Kinda new to the effects thing!
