I think this preamp pedal sounds killer for the price, but That’s crazy that this pedal started making that squealing sound. Does anyone else had this issues like that? I was thinking about getting a new preamp pedal sometime soon.
I also have but it only happens if AND ONLY IF I go wacko at the equalizers (e.g. going ham, max out), I dont have the issue if i dont push my pedal's eq too hard with the distortion It's a great pedal and has been with me for months now! Just finished a live gig with it days ago! I treat the monomyth as a preamp, not as an EQ Band so it greatly helps not getting that squealing sound when i use it! Cheers!
I was wondering…does that squeal only happens when the distortion channel is engaged? Cause if that’s the case, I would use the monomyth for its clean channel. Especially since I do own distortion pedals I’ve treasured. Still the distortion channel sounds great on the monomyth.

I'm a big fan of Darkglass but I think this Joyo sounds very good. Yes, I would love to see that comparison between the Joyo and the AOU.

OMG, finally I found someone who faced the same issue as me. It started squealing when I engaged the drive. I've sent it to a store to repair it.
