- On September 8, 2022, Queen Elizabeth left our world. It is one of the greatest losses of this century. In this video I want to show you how meaningful, fulfilling and long her life was.
Queen Elizabeth met 13 U.S. Presidents, including Obama, Trump, Reagan, Eisenhower and Ford. 15 prime ministers, including Winston Churchill, Margaret Thatcher, Boris Johnson and Liz Truss.
It was Boris Johnson who best described the Queen's loss. “This is our country’s saddest day because she had a unique and simple power to make us happy,” he said. “That is why we loved her. That is why we grieve for Elizabeth the Great, the longest serving and in many ways the finest monarch in our history.”

It amazes me how time flies, she was a little girl and now she's gone. R.I.P Elizabeth II
It's so wild seeing pictures of her in like the 50s with Eisenhower. You're used to seeing her as this old lady next to a middle-aged fella when she met with US presidents, yet there she was young and graceful next to one who was almost old enough to be her father if not her grandfather. How times can change and how quickly life can pass by.
She was such a staple in my life. She seemed warm, like she were my own grandma.
She looked remarkable at age 95 but after the death of her husband in 2021, she degraded rather quickly and we see her in her last picture, virtually hours away from her death, in a condition that can only be described being "at death's door". May she rest in eternal peace, knowing that the Lord Jesus Christ is holding her in His bosom.

She also had the virus. I'm sure that took a toll on her body as well. 2022 is went she started to slow down quite a bit.
She wasn't 95 in the photo shown....She had stopped wearing the crown by 95 because of it's weight and Philip was not making public appearances.
Greatest respect and admiration for such a wonderful monarch! The world is quite diminished with her absence. What a truly remarkable person!

Yes she was very old at 96 and lost her husband which must have been an immense strain.
But there is a dramatic notable change in her appearance from before and after having caught the covid virus.

Yeah, I wondered why they put that picture in a tribute to the queen. It's not her plus it's edited to basically ridicule her.

People of the past were full of elegance compared to now. Respect to the British Monarch and empire. The British have contributed greatly to the formation and / or strengthening of many of the current nation states especially in Asia and Africa.
Especially Africa? You mean by being one of the major contributors to the slave trade? The Crown exploited that country for it's rich minerals but did not do much to build up those economies. The Crown Jewels were willed to Prince Charles - not to Africa or Asia which paid for them. The monarchy got rich by colonizing and exploiting these countries many of which are still poor today. I admired the Queen too but I am not naive about her family history or how the royal family still benefits from past atrocities committed by the crown.

@@rarelight5289 I don't know who your ancestors are but its a fact the British clobbered together by force many warring tribes into modern states, introduced schools, hospitals, trains, tarmacked roads, electricity, factories, industries, mining, and export oriented commercial farms. Most common countries adopted British system of running governments. Besides the aforementioned, , the British also introduced vehicles, suits and many other modern things in the so- called colonized countries. This is very true especially in Africa where i belong.
@@honestyfirst2165 Nobody is knocking the improvements but they also did not allow the locals to have their own government until certain countries rebelled and removed themselves from the crown. They also were major contributors to the slave trade and any improvements or modernizations that were brought to Africa were for their own benefit over the benefit of the "subjects". Why are so many of the black countries that are under the crown still poor, i.e Jamaica, in comparison to the white countries - Canada and Australia?

This so-called 'Queen' leaves behind a legacy of denial of treacherous plunder from nations, killing of innocent, unarmed civilians through inhuman laws and staying defiant on the crimes against humanity that her Empire perpetrated. She had 70 years to openly repent for their actions, but never once did I hear I'm sorry, or please forgive us, not once. The torture, and Mutilation of people in the colonies can never be forgotten, or forgiven.She must be remembered in the light of her greedy, selfish actions and not some romanticized, redundant title. May those who perished because of her family's greed find peace. May humanity be spared from such characters in future

QEII had proved that a woman can make a difference in man's world. Soft power can produce better results in a world marked by turbulance and turmoil of all sorts. May King Charles continue the reign with the same values even tho he is a man. However, if monarchy is to continue with its tradition, it needs to be trimmed so that quality may prevail. May Britain lead as the role model for the world.

Phillip was her rock, seeing the rapid decline of the queen's health after Phillips passing, I just hope she wasn't in any pain. All my life, I've only known Elizabeth to be the head monarch, & now she is gone, I definitely felt the loss, it felt as though the UK had passed into another parallel universe.
