Im going to sound like every dumb fan when I say this, but how Edwards reacts after a twisted ankle is how I expect every professional athlete to react. I know im not a pro athlete but I can speak from experience ive twisted and sprained my ankles several times and broken 1 of them once. Its not easy to keep playing on it at all, but my main point here is the amount of times guys get hit in the head or take a hard fall and just lay on the ground for 20 seconds, not to mention the flopping and acting.... even Richard Jefferson pointed it out on broadcast yesterday. Just get TF up. You're pro athletes. Which is exactly what Edwards does and I love it

Ant is great and all, but Denver has so many amazing defensive weapons they can throw at him… I have a really hard time believing he will be able to keep up this level of production in the next round. I'll bring out a receipt from last year, all three of these guys called the Wolves trade for Gobert dumb and by the end of the year were saying KAT should be traded because with his contact they were going to be in salary cap hell .. the tone of that episode was EXACTLY the same as this one.. the west is going to be a bloodbath for the next 5 years so losing in the first round is a disappointment but not exactly shameful

Wolves gave the Nuggets problems in the first round last year too, it should be a good series and I hope everyone can stay healthy on both sides so we get the full fight.

A big problem for the Suns is that multiple players have shifted the top 10 players and Booker is arguably not in there anymore. With the emergence of Ant, Brunson and Wemby, arguably you can put Booker in the top 15 or even just top 20 players. He's not a 2 way player, offensively he is gifted but his impact on the team beyond scoring is very limited. When you look at the 3 guys I mentioned alone with the top 5 internationals who are the MVP candidates (Jokic/SGA/Luka/Embiid/Giannis). That's 8 players that are 100% better than Booker and we haven't even gotten to the older crowd (KD/Lebron/Steph/Dame/AD/Tatum and etc)
KD to the Warriors for Kuminga/CP3 and Picks makes too much sense in my mind. Lets bring back 2018 and see if Steph/KD can be good again. Suns should try to tank next season with Booker /Beal being injured and then they can come back with a strong draft pick the year after

I’m calling this rn: OKC trade Giddey, Cason Wallace, another role player, and as many 1st as it takes to get KD. OKC would still have like $7M in c cap space (depending on who the other role player is) plus the MLE to fill out the roster. The Suns could then use those multiple 1st to reshape their roster while also getting out of the 2nd apron.
Jalen certainly doesn't jump out of the gym but i would say he's superbly athletic outside of that . he's got an great first step , fast , strong as hell, stamina for days

Ways ANT Man is like Jordan and Kobe: Confidence, early basketball IQ (He's smarter than most players his age), and finesse/body control in the air, and Athleticism. His physical basketball characteristics are pretty unique tho dribbling, shot style etc.

On several of Harden's drives, the replay showed Kleba in the no-man's zone, i.e. not helping on the driver and not totally staying with the Big. He seemed to be more on the side of staying with the big, it was like he was more scared of Harden throwing the lob than making an easy layup. It was not a good look in my opinion.

I’m with you, I was thinking about the old Minneapolis Lakers when he said that. they were the first nba dynasty when the league way back in the 50s and won like 4 straight titles. But then I heard his qualifier of a best of 7 series. Back then I think the played best of 5s series. So it was a sly way to make a point showing how dominant they were in a city where they haven’t seen domination like that in a single series because other leagues or eras in the nba weren’t playing best of 7. I think the wnba is best of 3 or 5 for their series.
