I have a toddler and a newborn. This video has helped me and definitely self care watching this while baby napped and folding washing 😅 my toddler is in kindy but I struggle so much when she's home!! The mornings are fine, but mid day onwards is soooo hard!!!

It IS hard having a baby and a bigger child, especially if the bigger kid is a toddler. I just wanted to say it's totally normal to struggle. I hope you have people around you from whom ask for help. ❤

Thanks for all you share, Avital! And thank you for clarifying the different types of “survival mode.” 👏🏾

Great video!!! As a long time member of the studio, I can attest that I've been learning to stack these habits all along. I did that family feast, fam rest, fam fit last year and now we've established a weekly family dinner , 3 times a week of exercise for me and kids sometimes as well as good night time routine that involves me going to sleep at 10pm and getting up rejuvenated.
Can't wait to stack up new habits this year in the studio ❤

This was super helpful ❤ and knowing I wasn’t stuck forever would have helped during PPD!
