- It was way too easy too.
My initial build accidently carried me through the entire game! I leveled up so fast and bought nearly every upgrade just because I had too many skill points, so this may be the end of our archeology adventure.

Fun fact is DF caused me to get that game but then I got busy with things and right when I was about to start playing Stardew Valley again Star Wars came out with more Legos to break.

The hardest difficulty is going to slap DFs understanding of how the world works back to pre-historic times.
DF is still trapped thinking the obvious damage stars are the basic damage multipliers. I wonder how long it'll take to discover the intelligence (blue) skills, especially the top 2 lines and also automating item use (and unlocking the Jewel activated ability)?
Ye, crit build dmg is just rookie numbers, with second tree I think I got to 918,000,000,000,000,000,000 max dmg in run, and that was with all points on strength.
Crit tree at least on normal mode is the fastest to finish the game, efficiency build is good all around and poison tree just exists there

It's easy to break roughly e+70 with the proper stats and... The ethnologist tree
@@timonc6302 well it depends on how lucky you get with artefact+jewel combo, if artefact gets doubled and jewel doubles on str and int I'm pretty sure you can skyrocket the dmg :D
@@Smikisss69 how does Jewel doubling work.... does it double the multiplier or does it literally do base*multiplier*multiplier? My highest so far is in the range of e+35
I believe Jewel is still based on efficiency right, so if you can also double the efficiency buff and the straight up damage buff too... still your chance to get all three would I guess be about 1 in 125... so you'd want to hit 5 > 6 > 3 in quick succession and pray lol.

The games pretty easy if you get the Common Items buff stats by 20% thing for 120% bonus stats and then average + add 20% to all your stats a few times

when going all DEX or all INT, in late-game I don't even care about equipment anymore. just run everything on auto and I can still wreak havoc.
This game went from quite difficult to ridiculously easy fairly quickly. 💪

Pro Tip: the 2x speed "click automatically" is not the same as auto-clicks in the game. That auto clicker is still considered your "manual click" for the purposes of skills in the game. What DF has previously called his "attack speed" is the actual auto-clicks as far as the game is concerned, and those are the ones that get 30% of your crit chance to crit. Bringing your crit to say 150% gives those auto clicks a 50~% chance to crit (30%, not 33%, but im too lazy to math) so thats why crit chance doesnt cap at 100%. Any crits they do can apply any of the on-crit effects from theologist, including giving you shields and producing even more auto-clicks.
If you have 100% crit chance, the 2x Speed button will still crit on every attack it produces, its just that the actual auto clicks (the fingers on screen tapping the enemy) will only crit 30% of the time.

For Theologist, you get 30% of your crit chance added to the "Autoclicks", so when get 100% on normal crits, you're still only at 30% on auto clicks, given how the shield buff works, getting more auto clicks (70~100) and over 200% crit chance makes you a lot closer to invincible. It's basically the build you need for the hardest difficulty. normal difficulty is very easy, the higher the difficulty the more tower cards that enemies get to start with, so 1, 3 or 5. With enemies getting +30% Health and +30% damage per tower card! For anything other than Theologist, anything above 100% crit chance is wasted.

Yo DF you should try leaf blower revolution idle. Though it's gonna took you few months to finish it IMO. Overall it's a fun game

DF for easy money for the upgrades when you beat a boss and get the perk screen have your auto clicker on and cursor over the skip option, it will keep skipping and adding the money while in the background your character will slowly move towards the portal with every click when he gets there the perk screen will end and you carry on as normal but with loads cash do this for 3 bosses and you will have over 100k cash to buy whatever you need
You are not even scraping the surface of how much damage you can do. Also you can do higher difficulty.
