    I do really say thanks a lot man. I was not in gym for 2 years due to on some health issues I am going back to gym since 2.5 months I can see that it is getting better but I had issue how to get 6 pack at home.     Hi Marino Katsouris! I found your channel a couple of weeks ago. I really enjoy your videos. You are very, very inspiring !! I have a gym card, but I live in Germany where we still have a strict lockdown. Likely gyms won’t even open for months. That’s why I really like your videos because you show a lot of practice that can be done without tools. But I also really like dumbbell exercises. I’m currently doing these with a bigger soft drink bottle, which is pretty lame. That's why I want to order a dumbbell online. My question would be: what kind of weight (2kg?) dumbbell do you recommend for beginners? Is it enough to have a pair of the same weights, or would it be worthwhile to invest in two pairs of sets of different sizes? Thank you in advance for your answer. I would really appreciate it!
