  • This 20 minute Chest and Back workout with dumbbells and an adjustable bench can be done at home or in the gym as a follow along workout.       Great opportunity to learn without picking up too many bad habits, just focus on the technique tips and copying movements as best as possible (go lighter if you are struggling to keep up). Try some of my other dumbbell follow alongs and let me know how you get on!

    Great workout! I've got a bench and some 15kgs at home now so ideal! Definitely the 1 and 1/2 chest press was toughest for me too

    This was great man!
    I liked how you utilized supersets to work the large muscle groups consistently for a real workout. Other 20 minute workouts I've seen are just 20 different exercises lol.

    Hi Tom, thank you for this work out! I am a beginner and was doing 10lb weights. It was enough for me lol. The last set was very tough. Hoping to improve eventually. Excited to check out your other workouts.

    Great workout! this is my second week in for 3 days a week I been following your legs db,arms and shoulder db and this chest and back db. Question … for this work out first half I went 20Lb second half I went down to 15lb only struggle was the incline db fly I went down to 10LB only for that workout . Is that alright? Was able to do full reps vs the the 15lb . Only for this specific workout I went down to 10LB though ..

      Ye just pick the weight that feel best for each exercise and you can do it properly. I try to keep workout sections using a similar weight as many people don’t have a good selection of dumbbells but in an ideal situation you would be picking the dumbbell weight that feels right for each exercise.

    I have just started doing excercise with dumbell and bench i found your video i dont know whether i did the exact why you did but it burn i just want to know these six sets are enough for chest and back

    I can't do the prone netural grip rows on my bench, what could I susbtitute them with?

    Hi Tom, would you help me in giving a basic workout for the reduction of MAN-BOOBS

      No specific exercises will help. Just reduce your body fat percentage and a proportion of that fat will come off your chest.
      Building general muscle mass and increasing activity levels can be part of your fat loss but chest exercise’s won’t increase fat loss in that area, just build the muscles underneath.
      If you still feel you have disproportionate fat around you chest get your Testosterone and Oestrogen tested to make sure you don’t have a significant imbalance.
