Hey Marino, i just tried it out and did 10 rounds 2 times and all i can say i feel relaxed and satisfied. This exercise i would recommend to all of you that are searching for to fix your lower abs. I am sure gonna do this for some time from now on. It really works i am sweating and can feel the heat. Thank you mate for this. Mad respect for anyone who manages to do 5 rounds of this. I wasn't able to do more than 2.5 (because on my third try I felt too weak around the middle of it and started doing about 2-3 reps per set with rests in between XD).

I followed your bicep exercise and those exercises for getting huge biceps are really best. But, can you please tell me how to strong weak muscle. My right hand is stronger than left hand. I can do more reps of dumbbell exercise with my right hand but not with my left hand. Suggest something or make a video on how to strong weak muscles. And also suggest what should I eat to strong it.

So, the way I understand how this works is that you don't do the exercises to failure you just do them for 30 seconds and move on to the next. Right? It seems that there is an aerobic effect taking place if you keep moving from one exercise to the other without stopping. So that's a bit of a fat loss process to a degree right? I think I can easily do this by just playing the video add doing these exercise along with you. It sure is worth a try and looks like it'll get some results. You look pretty shredded, man. Thanks.

That means you don't workout your lowback so don't workout abs until you get your lower back stronger
