First you need to shutdown your pc laptop forcefully 3 to 4 times after that you will get AUTOMATIC REPAIR , After that wait when you see "Diagnosing Your PC" Then your will see message "like your pc did not start correctly" or you may get "startup repair could not repair your pc." You can try this method in Windows 10/11 or 8 .

This Windows tool works 10% To 20% but still you can try this because this is easy to perform. If you have don't have major issue this step will work for you but if the issue is big this will not fix your problem. You can follow below steps.

I am currently doing this right now. I will definitely update once I open my laptop 😭 hopefully this will help me because I badly need to edit something for my client.
Unfortunately it didn’t work for me. What I did is remove the hard disk from my laptop and transfer the files to other hdd and reformat my laptop. Now I am using external hdd with my files that was transferred from my laptop.

I'm not as lucky as everyone here. I did everything you did here and many more videos out there and still can get it done. I'm still stuck at "Your PC ran into Problems" I can't reset, System restore, and tried many times on Command Prompt. Might have to take it to Repairman.

Does this happen because I haven't cleaned my gaming pc in a year? By the way, I did starup repair/restore point and it fixed it but I get the starup repair loop issue sometimes but not like all the time to the point that is annoying. I just wanna never face this issue again.

My version of this issue is any loading screen that has the spinning dots will automatically freeze the screen meaning any reset is impossible for me because it just freezes, I’ve tried everything and my PC won’t startup because it keeps freezing before I get to the normal enter password screen.
