SWISS TRUFFLE MARKET

Truffles are type of mushrooms that are hard to find and cannot be kept for a long time as it will lose its aroma. It is rare, thus, buying it is expensive.
Hunters use trained dogs or pigs to help them in locating these truffles.
France and Italy are known to sell the most expensive truffles.
In Switzerland, an autumn market takes place exclusive only for truffles in the beautiful town of Murten.
