Do you ever add a thank you message to those that recorded videos at the end? I think the video is mainly for the birthday person so don't want to take the focus away from them especially at the end. Is thanking them after they've sent the video sufficient?

Sometimes being a video editor means working with what you've got! Unfortunately, it might end up getting compressed and the final video will be blurry when you watch it on a large screen.
You need to make nice 2 minute video.
I can't watch these videos. Horrible.
