Ok, i have a question or two... Tiffany said that she inherited a deficit but the trustees are saying ( And im talking about the current trustees). Said they had a 4+ million surplus...at the start of her term. So according to the expert that is running this part of the agenda, they are in 2017 in a deficit... So how can the current trustees say otherwise ??? What a mess this village is in.. irregardless, Tiffany is making it worse because shes just spending willy nilly....
Yes, Tiffany did inherit a deficit that caused Dolton to be on the way to being State run before she took office. This was already the threat looming. With that, the State comes in, the only people whose positions were threatened at this point, were the Trustees.

Listening to Mr. Lee's questions are like watching a drowning man. And it's just sad!. In 2021, the village had a surplus of 4 Million so present day 2024 the Trustees have no knowledge what's left due to nonaccessibility to village accounts. WOW!!... Maybe the Governor is laying back, to pick up the pieces and add more liquor stores or even worse, build a prison and snatch the land with intimate domain. I've watched several small towns turn into prison populations once the state has taken over.
This is a game changer. If you keep doing what you've always done, you'll keep getting the same results. I've been investigating, and I don't see the breakdown of the ordinance. If it wasn't passed, there's a lot of blame to go around. Additionally, the real estate in foreclosure (1100 properties) could have been used to pay off bonds and help address the financial crisis. Instead, it seems it was used for personal interests and gain.

In watching your video and quite a few other videos that have been shedding light on the past, not just what Tiffany Henyard is doing, or lack thereof, I can see that Dalton has been in trouble for quite some time. As I have been watching all the drama unfold over the last year, imo, at this point, Tiffany has realized that the state is about to take over. She always talking about doing for the "yoots". So between doing for self and a little something something for the kids before the state takes over.. ijs I was wondering how and why the fire dept has been working without a contract for the past 5 years, it now makes so much sense. Preparing the village for what it will be like when the state officially takes over. In the past few days, my opinion of Tiffany has changed. Yes, I still think she is a self centered crook. But I also understand a little more about the politics for this village. She is definitely going out with a bang. Based on this meeting, my summary is that taxes and utilities have been so low for so long that it's gonna take a lot to get out the hole. Whatever they were doing has been just enough to keep the state at bay. Fast forward to 2024, it's gonna take a miracle to keep them out. Tiffany's spending is not helping. Imo, she acting like she is living a bucket list for the village. Like someone who needs to have their last hoo rah before they go broke. I feel like, regardless to elections, the village is financially dammed and it will be a good while before it recovers. (With and without loans/bonds and grants) It just sucks that she has contributed to the demise on a level that the entire nation (possibly world) has noticed. It seems as though Dolton residents do not know or understand their past history. Therefore, Dolton appears to be repeating the past over and over until there will be nothing left. You have the same players without viable solutions (2017-present). Recycled politics.
Ive been screaming theyre gonna join harvey dolton and dixmoor at least maybe marham and pheonix too like they did in s ill called cahokia heights especially for the rail capabilities thus wider dixie hgwy wood st and amazons purchase of old dixie plaza mall land ??¿
