I love the juxtaposition of having the female screaming and the male doing the clean vocals. It’s opposite of what so many bands have done with strong female leads. Melissa Bonny is rocking the industry one boat at a time and I love it all.
Beauty and the Beast vocals, only with this band I'm confused which one's the beauty and which the beast.

I always appreciated when Kamelot did this, with women screaming and Tommy singing clean vocals.
Russian Slot did it, also ekhm, Arch Enemy :D
MordSith Azrael Jinjer does both clean and growls herself and UtA typically Brittany does clean vocals. There are loads of bands that have female screamers, it’s just the fact that the male only did clean vocals and she only did growls. It’s the opposite of the norm.

I didn't quite realize it was her singing at the start. I got it confused with another song of theirs. But that is a amazing talent for metal singing. She's the real deal.

This popped up in my recommendations a few weeks ago. Having never heard of Warkings, it only took one line of clean vocals to recognize the singer. Georg has such a unique vocal style. It's what made me a fan of Serenity. Looks like I've got some Warkings to catch up on!!! Killer riff too!...and then there's Ms. Bonny. All killer stuff!!!

I'd love to hear Melissa do screams for a Sabaton song. I always felt like they could write a really epic heavy song with some of their lyrics.
oh no please not sabaton! This artist is still so pure and cooperates with very good "underground" bands. I bet a feature with sabaton would spoil her.
@@snakeplissken2148 She's interviewed Insomnium who she said is one of her biggest influences ever. Not to mention she was featured on a talk with Eluveitie. She's gotten noticed by bands that got her wanting to make music and got extra exposure from their audiences, but still loves these other bands. I'm one hundred percent certain doing a song with Sabaton won't randomly make her drop Warkings or other bands.
@@winterhisagi2921 also sabatons would be the only band were here voice would almost get forgotten about in the song same with her and powerwolf. Personally shes going to have a much better career like this as fun as it would be i cant see it being good for her career maybe if sabaton covers one her songs it would be alright
