Its a lovely recipe no doubt.. i bought new otg bajaj 3500 tmc ss n i baked this cake at 180 degree for 35 to 40 min around but cake became so hard n it edges got burnt.. can u pls tell me how fix my otg.. i cant understand my otg pls help me in this. Bcz ur recipe are amazing n i tried everytime n they came out beautifully. I have seen many video on u tube abt otg bt i cant understand the problm.. n cake or nan khatai buscuits remain uncooked in centre n when i cook more they get burnt. If u can help me in this.. pls do guide me
Dear please firstly preheat your oven ( at 180 degree for atleast 10 mins ) … then bake anything .. check the temperature & timings. Keep it for 30 mins then check

Wipping Cream with 31% Fat can be use for Creaming?
And For creaming Purpose the Fat content should be more than 30% or Less Than 30%?
Normal Wisk can be use to prepare the cream or Electric beater is must?
More than 30% .. any whisker will work .. have whisk will take longer time than electric whisk ..
