Thanks David, Yes the Husky is great, I should have gotten a larger saw at the start but had never used one at the time. I will use the smaller saw for smaller jobs.
That saw works real well, next time you have a nice log like that you might want to try and slice it up into some 4" thick boards...you can never have too much heavy lumber.
Good idea Jack, I never even thought of that. Unfortunately I have a couple of large trees to come down next summer, I hate cutting trees on the property but when they are at end of life gotta be done. Going to plant some more though :)
Nice job man! I found that I did not have to remove that bolt to swivel my seat. It hits it but I can force it by where it hits. I did find that I had to remove the back bar that is up by my head because i kept hitting my head on it lol. That chainsaw did great!
Hi Derk, once it hit I just removed it, but yes I probably could have sqeezed it by... And one of the few things being vertically challenged is not hitting my head on the top cab bar lol, and I am loving the new chainsaw, it saves me sooo much time... Following along on your Barnaminium build... impressive.
My brothers did forestry work for 2-3yrs after high school and said I should wear the gear no matter what I'm cutting, so I picked a pair up... Thanks for stopping by and waiting for the news on your next piece of eauipment.
That worked out well 👍 on my B2650 the cab does not allow for the seat to turn, so they mount a tiny seat to the backhoe, not the best of operator positions 🤣
Hey, thanks for stopping by... I took a look at your backhoe video's, I didn't realize the mounted it to the backhoe, hopefully its adjustable... And yes the use of my backhoe with the cab isn't too bad considering it wasn't meant for that.
These Sub Compacts are great when you just don't have the land for a large tractor, and they are really capable... I was looking at the B series but thought this was best for the rolling property and some tight spots.
I have watched a couple of your videos and I got to say I like how you always wear safety protection for whatever task your doing.
Thanks John, safety comes first in the industry I work in... It has rubbed off to my personal life as well :)
Nice to see the fight between the backhoe and the log. The backhoe won. Good job.
LOL... hahah, yes the backhoe won but could have went either way lol, thanks for taking a look at my not so great video :P
Cool video and nice job doing the chores, Andrew. Your Husky starts and runs well!

Good evening Sir, practice make perfect 👌👌😉😉👍👍 Cheers 🍻🍻
This is true... I should get better after a couple of runs. :)
@@ticklemeorange8328 Yes and it make an OUTSTANDING therapy time too 😇😇👌👌👍👍🍻🍻

Well done, glad to see the safety gear on. I guilty of not wearing mine very much, no excuse for not. See you on the next one. 👍🚜🍁🪵

I too have a husq, great saw! I would have hit my saw on the forks, that was scary.
It really is a great saw... I should have gotten it a couple years earlier. I was very careful around the forks.
