Saw the man at 24:00 he was across the street from Needle Park laying down in the parking lot while a cleaning crew ran blowers all around him! Such a sad state the Kensington neighborhood has found itself in, but unfortunately it's easier to control the damage to one section of the city. The mighty large alternative being:
first clean up the park, streets, & sidewalks
second offer each person treatment or help finding shelter, and somehow pick up each dealer
third once all that's finally managed only then can Kensington be rejuvenated

That guy at 24:00 - his nickname is Yoda. He has interviews on here. He freaks out like that a lot, not sure why. You can see him pretty much daily on USA Livestream cams.
Also I believe he's been on the street for a very long time. I don't think he can be helped or even wants help. It seems like the only life he knows. He does usually have people close by to keep an eye on him when he freaks out like that.
Feel so sad for yoda he has just spent a couple of days detoxing but the addiction overpowering 😢
I know Yoda personally when he has them freak out episodes is because he smokes PCP known as "dippers"

Blessings to Amber and yourself. Her mum and sister must be so relieved. I have 2 daughter's around the same age and cannot even begin to imagine how worried they have been about Amber over the years. I really hope this is a new beginning for her
