The robot option hands may not be compatible with the wrists, but the arms are; you can change them at about the shoulder area with the ball joints. Also I do agree, i hope for more human hand options (would be nice if it came with the main kit and not sold separately though)
Funny how Zaku and Mecha Gaikotsu both unsuccessfully tried to use the magic weapons with 30MS. They fit together thematically, but I guess Bandai never intended for it to be compatible.
I love how all them kit bags fell into your hands like you're a kid in Willy Wonka's factory! Very fun! 😄 Also love how Bandai seems to be taking these Sister kits seriously! Thats good for Bandai/Musume builders! I hope they keep going and go buck wild!🌺🤩
Luckily for you there is a hand option sets is coming out by the end of the month with extra neck and back face parts. Also I agree for some flesh colored limb parts mainly for the arms which the GGL/30MS option parts set can benefit from.

Hoping they make some armored chest pieces in the future.
I'd be curious to see a few more parts that allow you to mix these with 30mm and vice versa.
Like say, a stomach and hip 30ms assembly that can connect to the chest assembly of a 30mm mech since those use the same L-shape ball joint piece. Or a set of elbow joints that act as a transition from one system to the other, so you can have "armored" upper arms+shoulders, but normal forearms, or the other way around.
Some combinations will inevitably look ridiculous, but that's part of the fun of it.

The box set makes me think of different flavors of food stuffs. If wanted to mix match hairs but in permanent color, you can airbrush it.
For weapons, swap into spinatia hands to hold its weapon because of part-separated hands. (30MMs, not from Sisters)

I bought two of the weapons sets to separate the staff like you suggested, it works out great.
Plus the blades and whip work with basically any of the melee weapons. I have a Portonova with two whips and some other sets in a flight mode. It's currently my second favorite. First being a Desert Portonova Flight I have geared up that looks fantastic.
I'd like either a bald head to sculpt a hairstyle on to, or like, a really cool undercut.

These hairs and wepons stuff is the only thing that is not sold out. Im wainting to be able to buy one of the figures.
I wish USAGundamStore would sell the hair option sets individually. I'm very interested, but I'm not spending $40 for one hair style. I'd love to build a Motoko, that was the first custom I thought of when I heard about these kits. But not for $80ish and all the custom work and 1/10 or 1/12 jacket that would be required to really make it work. Bandai should just sell an entire woman for $15-20 (with open hand options) then hair for $10 would be a lot more understandable.
I’ve brought up that to Adam before, it’s something I think we’re considering if we can get and keep them in stock from Bandai regularly

I'm a bit annoyed that you have to buy the entire set of hairstyles, when I only like one or two hairstyles from the entire box, it's hard to justify buying them. Finding a shop that might be selling them separately in the States just doesn't seem realistic, gonna cross my fingers anyway!
with the right parts I think we could make girls themed after Kamen Rider OOO's Combos! 🦅🐅🦗
The Girl Gun Lady & 30 Minutes Sister Compatible Optional Parts Set is quite good.
It has combat boots, a rifle and extra alternative backpack system
And a maid uniform.
the option armor skin parts are the same but made in a diffrent skin tone than the girl itself, speed armor has the skin color of tiasha so you can choose wich skin tone you want to use. as the 2 have slightly diffrent colors (tiasha is a bit whiter)
for the 30MM weapons parts you can just swap the arms with a 30MM arm so they can fit and the option armor for luluce has some girl upper arms into a c clip elbow so you can just clip on the lower arm of a 30MM

Bandai missed the ULTIMATE opporunity to keep the branding uniform and call these 30 Minutes Maidens
I’m happy to report that you can put the head, arms and legs of an HG Dagger L and put them on the... curvaceous... optional body for Rishetta.
It looks hilarious. Seems a lot of HG kits will fit with with therse girls just fine as well, though some of the parts will fit a little awkwardly.
The fact that the 30ms end up being about the same price as the smaller RG kits is crazy.
I would totally be in support for skin arms and legs. Considering that Frame Arms Girls, Alice Gear Aegis, and Megami Device re-release characters with skin arms and legs (and feet), and more skin revealing to their torso, 30 Minute Sisters has the capability to do the same. So far the line been very promising.
Later this month they are releasing a new pack that contains bare arms legs, both with and without the connection rings.
These will be the first seamless arm and leg parts! :D
I've enjoyed giving these girls prosthetics, but if you want to do something like give them one robotic leg it's tough matching length with the normal one.
As for upcoming packs, in addition to hands we definitely need weapons and armor. However, I'd like to see more cohesive designs, with fewer hollow parts. Some upcoming packs look compelling, but I'm not a fan of most stuff released so far. I'd be happy to sacrifice modularity in favor of weapons which look purposeful, like some of the packs offered by Kotobukiya.
Have demo-ed coloring skin tones with airbrush? Would be interesting to see some paints in action
PSA: Spare Megami Device arms (tested with the stock ASRA Archer) fit the 30MS sockets perfectly. The mid-thigh sockets for MDs are a bit loose though; you'd have to pad out the 30MS thigh pegs or use tack in order to get them to fit. Also, the arms look freakishly long when applied to the A type body (Tiasha/Luluce), so out of the current set of kits, only Rishetta can really use them.
Can you use the heads from one on the other?
@@fillerbunnyninjashark271 Don't think so; the size disparity is too great. You can use Sousai Shojo Teien heads on 30MS bodies but you need to thicken the neck joint a bit, so I don't think it will work the other way around.
whats you thoughts on the cost of these sets. they feel cheaper...at first but to get all the upgrades and options they are just as expansive as other female model kits.
Whats Missing?
Head cores, arms/legs.
Noticeably these things are missing. after upgrade to an Option Body, you end up with an Extra
body and while you can get extra Faces and Hair
you can't actually build another complete figure without the Head/Neck Core or Arms and Legs.
so it would be nice if those parts were available as a pack, Not Exclusive to the base sister sets. (is that intentional? to ensure sales of the base kits? feels wasteful)
will a 3rd party step in and fill this void?....
A pack including new hand poses and extra Heads and Necks is coming out on the 28th, Option Set 3 is robot limbs for the kits.
@@wanderertheta well that's something. some normal human limb packs would be nice though. Maybe in different skin tone/ skin suit options.

But seriously if Bandai is so keen entering the mecha musume market, let's hope they're not adding some P-Bandai part for the mecha musume. But considering that even 30MM have their P-Bandai, well sooner or later i guess

I wish the speed armor set would have included a tail, so that we could use for other 30MS Sisters😭
Which one do you personally appreciate more? Megami Device, Frame Arm Girls or this 30 Minute Sisters?
If you snap the staff in 2 can ther be use for MS , alest one half guess be easy to slide in the hand

I'd like to see some specialised armor for luluce I know she has the claw hands but she has some slots on her shield her headpiece and her tail that would fit something ontop of them. much like the speed armor and flight armor
The Heavy Armor set is probably what you're looking for. Predictably, though, it seems to be sold out everywhere.

i wish there was some way to get kits cheaper in europe, importing some of them from japan, china or america is real overkill for a wallet
is there anytime soon for hg heavyarms? I want to watch your review on HG Heavyarms.
I noticed they have 2 body types so far, g and a. They're not fully compatible, like an a type torso won't fit a g type hip or g type thoghs not fitting a type hips so its not 100% mix and match without some modding
What is the base you are using for the 30MS?
can we use the option hairs with Frame Arms kits though?
Can anyone confirm if these hairs fit the figure rise standars series too? So as an exempel I can use Figure rise standard Nanami hair on Rishetta? Or Figure rise standard Lena's hair on a 30 minutes sister figure?

I hope they'll release optional face/expression parts in the future, perhaps decal sets too for things like the eyes. So far that is my biggest letdown with this line
there is one announced and it should release later this month or early next month in japan
For now only Vol.1 Colour A option Face Expression are going to be released, probably on April 2022.
But it will be nice if they have blank face and decals option parts too, like Kotobukiya's.
@@mafiuyu4305 ah, thank you for the reminder. I just checked it out. The face parts are good, but unfortunately there isn't any for the other skin tones especially c (the tan one). Wouldnt be a problem if they also included the decals along with the face parts just so it's easier to paint it any skin tone you want without worrying about destroying the face decals..

I think it would be nice if more attention is paid to what the type and color codes are supposed to mean.
G - Giant
A - Average
T - Tiny
Color A = Normal
Color B = Pale
Color C = Tan
So SIS-A00 [Color A] is Sister Line, Average Hight, Base Model, Normal Skin Tone

Many models and optional kits from the 30mm line look a bit generic imo, they could be good for recreating some kind of tankish/armored core aesthetic, but you'd need to sculpt a lot of your own details.
(can't wait to find the occasion to call someone's mom a male-to-male connector piece)

please let USAGS know, that paying 30$ for a set of 4 hair pieces, when you only needed 1, is a bad deal and a waste.
while I am a USAGS customer, I've passed up the hair sets in favor of just buying singles from ebay scalpers. Because paying 16$ for just 1 that i wanted, costs less than 30$ for 1 + 3wasted.
please pass that feedback along. yes splitting up the boxes will create more inventory management; but at least they'd move. (or maybe they don't care, and know its only scalpers buying these boxes to resell? no interest in direct consumer purchases?)

Yeah I think it just creates more logistic hurdles for the business. I’ll suggest the idea though and see if it’s possible to sell them separately
@@ZakuAurelius I just Despise the scalper market, yet the current selling method is more beneficial to scalpers than actual customers.
Even if selling separately leads to more overhead at USAGS, they should consider that goodwill towards the people that matter also has value.

Bandai made a 30MS waterslide decal for the blank faces.
