If you've never seen it, don't be put off by that schlockily voiced over trailer. It's an excellent simultaneously horrifying and tragic depiction of mental illness. Deneuve deserved at least a best actress nomination.

A film that portends the worst, the wait is long and it seems that it never wants to end. Deneuve is very good
