Но этот картофель можно есть. Для этого ростки надо убрать полностью. А потом можно его готовить! Отваривать в кожуре, почистить и отварить, сделать пюре из картофеля, пожарить. Вобщем использовать для обычного приготовления.
Помните, не сам картофель становится ядовит, ядовиты только его ростки! У нас в Украине в сёлах очистки сваренные отдают на прокорм свиньям и курям. ТАК РОСТКИ ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО ОБРЫВАЮТ, ЧТО БЫ НЕ ПОГИБЛИ ЖИВОТНЫЕ!
