      Khalid Nageb, your comment on this ones comment sections is quite courageous, but I, unfortunately, have to declare something to you, when saying goodbye of any sort chap you must make sure to say old chap, for instance in one's comment, one wrote "Jolly nice video, chap :-)" this is almost correctly written but the correct way to write this is "Jolly good video, old chap :-)", this gives not only a better knowledge of the posh way of speaking but it also enhances ones "poshness" in a sense. thank you, have a jolly good day old chap.

    I absolutely love the Upper RP accent. That's why I always watch b&w british films. "Jolly good video". My parents used to speak like that. Looking foward to return to my beloved England after 55 excruciating years.

    I loves this part even more than the first one. Excellent job! I wish l could speak RP fluently. The usage of complex vocabulary is the hardest skill to acquire. especially when your mother tounge is not english!

    Wow this is really great! I've always loved old English, but now I realise it's not just use of more archaic words, it's about actually relearning the pronuncation of words I'm learning in my RP lessons right now.

      Kiwi. Yes. Meghan Markle with all her British royal titles with run for the Presidency in 2024, so Britain will once again rule the United States of America

      @@CulturedPotato Hi Penguin. Unfortunately H&M said they have stepped back, not stepped down, which is a worry. Also they're still fighting for more British Royal titles for their family. They want Archie to be a Prince. He will be a Prince when Charles takes the throne. But in the meantime M has her eye on running for President in 2024. If she wins, the British royal family will once again rule America. I'm sure a lot of Americans will be up in arms about that!
      H&M really know how to use their titles to get places when they've supposedly stepped back! 🤔

      @@mosthated8848 There's some worrying relationships going on with Harry, Meghan and the American elite. I wouldn't be surprised if they all conspired to get Meghan elected as president. Yes, I think Trump was unfairly ousted. I read so many comments from regular American people at the time of the election and I couldn't believe the difficulty they had in casting their votes. Things such as being turned away from voting stations and staff not allowing them to put their paper in the box themselves, etc. If that was the UK there'd have been an outcry. ☹️

      I had an old English teacher and he spoke the same and he made that face too. A thorough Englishman through and through. It was an honor to be tutored under him.

    manners and upper class way of speaking was always a main feature of british gentlmen and women, i love the actual english it shows a lot of respect and class , i really like the video by the way, it motivated me to start investing some time to learn classy words and accent of the original english

      It's not really associated with a city (If it was, it would be London), it's more about the level of formality and class.

    The upper rp "r" sound is easier to pronounce for me, because my mother lenguage is the spanish

    I have lived in New Zealand my whole life, went to England for 2 weeks & caught the Upper RP syndrome, which people find annoying & I still have it till this day.
    It's been 6 years...

    I really liked the advice on "not opening mouth too much"...it really does make you sound posher. The only thing is that I am an English teacher and I suppose one has to speak more clearly in class

    ADDENDA
    'Marvellous' in posh English is pronounced in two syllables (marv'lous).
    U people know the difference between 'farther' and 'further', and between 'less' and 'fewer'.
    U people know if 'ma'am' is pronounced with a short 'a' or a broad 'a'.
