Introduction to Poi Throws (Beginner tutorial)

We arrive today at the last trick tutorial in my #quarantinecontent series--today we dive into poi throws! These became popular with the advent of ball handles when contact poi took off. Poi throws come in a variety of forms, but in this beginner poi tutorial I'll show you two of my favorites: inspin throws and isolated throws. I'll show you a couple tricks that these poi moves are a good fit for and several variants they open up.
