Great explanation. Thank you.
Per Dr Ross Turchaninov, in chronic cases, medical massage is needed before the PT can establish lasting relief. There are 4 areas of possible muscular restrictions.
Advanced medical massage therapists evaluate to determine which soft tissues are affected. Anterior scalene is the most common muscle involved in the neck. Often, once it's released, the distal areas will resolve without treatment.
Dr. Ross would be a great guest interviewee for your program too. He's an orthopedic surgeon, who is cross trained in other noninvasive bodywork including a PhD in exercise science.
Thanks again for all you contribute to the rehab field. Your channel is one of my favorites.
Thank you for this! I have been in terrible discomfort and pain for a week now. Left side upper back, shoulder, arm, hand and fingers. Slight weakness and tingling. Performed these stretches and I feel almost normal again. I will try to do these daily as a preventative measure. The nagging pain and discomfort is no joke and something I want to avoid in the future. Keep up the great work!
Great information! I have suffered for years with my hands falling asleep doing ordinary things. Started doing this and progressed up like you said to do and now I don’t have any issues with tingling or numbness! 👍🏻
How long did it takes you to recover once you started these exercises?
@@lollolovic2422 it's taken me about a week on level 2 to get to level 3. i'm on day 3 of level 3 now. it was tough the first day of level 3 and I barely had my hand flat on the wall. how are you progressing?
I have a great exercise. I shattered my wrist snowboarding at high speed and as it healed after surgery I got carpal tunnel syndrome. The surgeon said carpal tunnel surgery would be required due to my original surgery. But I cured it. Hand against wall (maybe not all the way against the wall) in front with fingers pointing down, other hand reaches above and bends the thumb up.
i love these gentleman, really appreciate what you guys do.
Thank you so much, just thought of pain in my shoulder joint and you made this video..
ाIsm gratefor the information as my nuerogist diegnosed But never told me what exercise or any treatment .I am 87 years old and I am frustrated by the pain , tingling and little numbness . Thanks and God bless you for your time and kindness 🙏🙏
Thank you Bob and Brad💖💖

Thanks for the info, i am going to start doing these exercises, hopefully it helps.
Follwing up on this, I’ve been doing these exercises twice daily (morning and night). I have to confess that I’ve been using a vertical mouse as well in this process so I can’t tell that the exercises were the 100% cause, but my shoulder and arm pains disappeared completely.
Thanks for the detailed nerve explanation ❤
Glad it was helpful!
Omg. Defo best video on CTS!!!

Thank you for your support. Take care!
I love you guys! I recommend you to anyone that will listen!! This is absolutely what I needed. I am a hairstylist and trying to find help for my hands. They are getting worse. Would there be a reason to have (slight and random) pain under the left armpit since the nerve goes there too? Thanks for your help!!
How's it going now
Is there any way to rebuild the thumb pad?
Learning Dvorak takes time but it completely cured my carpal tunnel and is so much more comfortable than querty. Every computer lets you type Dvorak.
Thanks just started having problems with left wrist.

@@lollolovic2422 it helped for a while but I'm going through numbness for about 2 weeks and it hasn't gone away yet. Im sure if I stretched more often it would have helped more.
@@DirtBandit maybe you've got postural issues?
Possibly, I'll find out if and when the Dr looks at my referral and schedules me.
Great videos, my ? Is what do you do for trigger finger? My both ring fingers lock.?, which leads to other ?ss
Thankyou for your great explanation.
I had 2 rotator cup repairs, and frozen shoulder surgery done Aug 30.
My range of motion is still only in the low 120s.
And I cry every PT visit, I break down in tears due to the electrical shock that runs down my arm.
I literally can not use my right arm,
I can't bend my fingers or hold anything.
Doctor gave me steroid shots in my shoulder and wrist Thursday.
But no improvement.
I'm having panic attacks in the night from the pain.
Is it possible something was damaged during surgery?
I need your advice I’ve been told I have trigger finger on my right little finger it locks up is there anything I can do I’ve tried stretching I see nothing works help help help
Thanks, guys it helped me understand. You are funny like a bunny.

Please let me know whether traction will help in carpel tunnel syndrome
My proximal humerus roter how to get
I watch every video of you guys. Past 2 and half months I have little tingling, burning right hand on the palm and finger. My hand gets too much tired starting from elbow to all the way to the wrist. It does not hurt me in my hand . It gets tired when my hand is in rest as well. Is it still carpel tunnel syndrome?Tiny piece of advice would greatly help my pain.

If not atleast arrange dubbing. Many more people wil be benefited by this.
If its on stadium 5 can its still be healed by this therapy?
I'm on level 3 with both hands now. What's crazy is my carpal tunnel started first in my left, then two weeks later my right. My left progressed to level 3 quicker than my right hand for whatever reason. Maybe it was because the right hand was "injured" or flared sooner?
Physical therapy with humor
Does Cervical disc bulge, Carp syndrome feels like suffocating or discomfort in breathing as well further resulting in anxeit.
This worked! I was soooo miserable and in pain. Could not knock it out. I did the nerve flossing , floss with neck and the night brace you gents suggested. Within 24 hours I had a huge improvement. Every day was better.
I have spent weeks of my life at PT for other issues which never resolved. I go to you gents FIRST now.
Ps. I did add a posture brace during the day for a few days with the CT as per your input about posture. I think the combo of flossing, posture, braces was the magic combo.

I think i have carpal tunnel syndrome started 6 months ago. I went to the doctor didnt get any treatment and no diagnoses. is that normal after the exercise also I feel tingling a little bit around my ear, head, face and my tail bone not much tho just a bit.
is it normal for the hand to tingle during the phase one? Always tingling during all exercise. Is that ok?
Great. Men.
Is it normal for me to feel nautilus when doing this
I was wondering if my wrist/ hand/ finger pain was carpal tunnel or something else.
When I do the stretch, I immediately get numbness/ pain in the 1st three fingers. I guess that’s a confirmation!

@@lollolovic2422 I can't say I've recovered- it comes and goes, getting worse when I do lots of work with my hands and arms :-/
@@Tanagra180 did you ever recover?
You just said don't sleep on the side that has the carpal tunnel. Both my hands have carpal tunnel maybe I can sleep on the side that's not as bad

The audio seemed fine for me with headphones.
Me too, with headphones.
ok! Thanks
Sam may be the super skeleton but, (she says with head bowed in respect) let us never forget Napolean Bone-a-part and his faithful service over the years.
Is it normal for carpal and/or cubital tunnel syndrome to cause cold hands/fingers? Also, if I press on my hands and fingers, it clearly takes a while for blood flow to return (i.e. skin stays white for several seconds), thus signifying poor circulation. I'm otherwise healthy and exercise 6 days/week.
