This is a continuation of my diy gas tank painting and swap project for my Harley Sportster 48. I messed up my video card so I missed posting the very first part of the project which is sanding and prepping the gas tank with the self etch primer.

Can we use primer for inside the tank
I think its not recommended to put primer inside the tank.

@@mohitbhatt5868 I am not sure what you are trying to do. The inside is normally cleaned only.
@@irogdebs8698 Actually it's a new tank no paint work has been done yet proper factory condition
So inside rust is happening very mild ..so I m not sure whether to put gas now or after cleaning and coating it to prevent rust
