Hi Rob! Fellow Minnesotan here! It was nice to listen to this conversation! Was nodding my head. Love how you helped guide her and totally agree from my experience of doing many many client calls.
I am a CPA (inactive) doing bookkeeping and accounting for SBO for a CPA firm. I learned a few things to refine my process.
I’ve been there and do everything! Client diagnosis, align on scope, pricing, engagement letters, onboarding, execute the work, caring client relationship and communication (key), billing and work with tax accountants!
