The weather commentary was frightening (time 4:17), "It's 50 below zero, it's been snowing for 4 weeks" Good gawd. I know people live in those climates. I know that Canada is even more weather-extreme. But I'm not sure how people do it. I lived in the SF Bay Area for a while. In the winter it would stay in the 50s, every once in a great while getting to 60 or 61 degrees. I couldn't handle it. Living in the tropics now. 70 degrees, I put on a sweater. We need 80. 50 below zero. Wowza.

At time 16:00 thereabouts, "I would do these snapshots.....people were making a lot of money....doing WHAT?" It was a great opportunity to share a world most people don't know about; it was a tease sort of, as you stopped the story right there. I think people could be inspired by hearing ideas of "you brokerage this....." or whatever that was describing. It was hugely disappointing when you set up the really interesting story then dropped it. Right now, with so many issues altering (reducing) people's opportunities for work, you could do an entire podcast finishing that story. As an example of the risks in job options, a friend of mine was over at our house today for a social gathering. He was in a depressed mood. He has a kid in college. He convinced his kid to get a computer science degree, since he'd been a programmer and done well. He takes out his smart phone and says to AI "write a C++ program that asks a user for their name, phone number and email and saves that user input to a file" - in about 5 seconds, the C++ code showed up on his smartphone. AI generated the code. He said he had tested it a lot, it could write a lot of software, fast. "My kid is going to have an issue with programming jobs, there won't be as many out there" If you reconsider that story you started around time 16:00, and decide to expound a bit, the service to humanity might be outsized good. Right now, career options are a bit under stress in certain ways. EDIT: Getting "360 degree feedback" is too subjective, and since all life experience is very subjective (10 people in the same room for 1 hour can have completely different descriptions of that 60 minutes), 360 degree feedback is only useful to impose CONFORMITY on a group. I have an MBA from UC Berkeley, and in Organizational Behavior courses during the MBA, we learned about the 'company culture' imposition of conformance. Christ had 12 people around him, one of whom was quite dangerous. And many outside His small group were astonishingly dangerous. His 360 degree feedback would have been a catastrophe. This one person changed the entire planet, forever - restoring what G-d told the Israelites at the base of Mount Sinai, over one thousand years earlier: "here is a way to develop a high-trust society, a way to peacefully co-exist." The value of 360 degree feedback is low. It is opinion-seeking; the people providing it - no assessment of their own motives, their own biases, is applied when we consider what their opinions are. A result of "okay, here's a common thing I'm doing that some people disagree with" IGNORE IT! Make your way in life. Any collection of humans have biases, motives, a particular attitude that day they gave their opinion, to make it extremely risky to change your behavior based on what they say in a 360 degree feedback. WHAT CONFORMITY IS REQUIRED? The legal system. Abide by the laws of the land. Beyond that, listen to what people say, but remember all the successful people (Elon Musk!) who got verbally torn to shreds for pursuing their lives. .

Why would you charge $300 a month? That is insanely low. While i let clients tell me what their budget is i won't do anything less than $600, some clients have offered me $1,000 a month to start. Listen and write down what they want/need. Notate what their company is doing in the beginning and when you increase their monthly income, ask for more; $100 - $200 more.
